They act friendly just when you enter their place. I didn't like the service when I had to look around and keep asking instead of them coming to us to see what they missed.

If you’re on à la carte, everything is good and perfect. Interesting banchan everytime, 10/10. Portion size is big as well. But I won’t recommend their BBQ buffet, the quality is kinda off for me. They’re also selling lettuce on the side for an extra of $2 or $4 (can’t remember). But for that buffet price, it should be included. So their a la carte is good, but you should try korean buffets in federal way.

My wife and I went there tonight for dinnerbwith my daughter and 2 grandsons. We order the #1 combo ($95) Pot Stickers ($11) and a Seafood Pancake ($18).The meats were great and so were the side dishes of Kim Chi etc.Pot Stickers were crispy and good .The Seafood Pancake, under cooked. The batter was still raw and it was falling apart. The service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times to get the water they asked us about when we were seated. They were clearly under staffed and avoided eye contact as we attempted to get Bean paste and order some Garlic to grill...And refills on drinks was never gonna happen. We had to get our own to go containers and then upon check out, discovered THEY HAVE A MANDATORY 18 % "Group Charge " on parties of 5 or more....This was never explained as they slid me the bill to consider a tip....I would usually do this or more but the service was terrible.I will be looking elsewhere next time for KBBQ.

A delicious KBBQ restaurant! I love that they have two options: An all-you-can/eat side and a traditional dining side! It is a little pricey but the food is absolutely delicious! The sides all taste amazing and the service is great. I would highly recommend!

Kimchi jjigae is kind of hit-or-miss. It should be made with older, properly ripened kimchi. The one I got this time was not so good. (I still ate it!) The last really good kimchi jjigae I got was at Tacoma Cheonggukjang.

Excellent food and service it was also a fun experience. I wish I wouldn't have ordered so much because the all you can eat BBQ has a lot of sides. I definitely left full.
