I will say when I used to live by this location and going the morning, the girls were really nice and friendly. I moved and made it a point to drive here when I’m in the area, but both times the workers were just rude and stuck up, then the drink cup I got was really cheap and broke when o picked it up to take a drink. No customer service when I reached out. Then I go today and ask if I can get it double cupped and they charge me for the extra cheap cup smh. I will not be going back to this location or any one of them because it was a similar experience at the parkland location. But the parkland location the manager was rude, disrespectful and argumentative.

Mary was working when I pulled through and she has a great attitude and made a great Panini for me! Thanks again and I will be back! Nice meeting you Mare and thanks for the great service!

You have a digital sign outside advertising Keto drinks so I stopped to check it out. I asked the barista what the options were and she responded “what is a keto drink”? I guess it wasn’t meant to be lol

To start, they use the best coffee beans (Dillanos), and the staff are always friendly. I even had a barista ask me if i was okay one time a few years ago. She seemed very concerned, and i thought it was odd because i was in a great mood after work. I realized later that day, she had seen the bruises on my arm from lifting boxes at work. It gave me a good laugh, and it was so sweet. Even the new hires have done a great job on my specialty frap for the most part, so they must train well. I also love when i get my kids an italian soda and they'll always give us dum dum suckers and sometimes add sprinkles on the whipped cream too. The kids and i are also obsessed with the smokey chicken bacon paninis.

I’ve been coming for years and unfortunately this may have to be my last visit. To be clear the poor girl working was lovely and none of this is her fault. I can understand inflation, everything is insane but 2 days ago my go to rockstar mimosa was more than 2 dollars cheaper. Obviously times have changed and I understand energy drinks are typically more expensive than a normal coffee but $11 for a DRINK is absolutely crazy. I can’t speak to the rest of the menu because I couldn’t see the prices but I can’t imagine they’re much better. The drinks are good but nothing is worth the absurdity that they’re charging now.

Hoping this morning is a fluke of sometime. I pull up and the gal has locked herself out waiting for owner to bring key. Had to leave as I had something to get to. Stopped again after and both sides are 5 deep and line isn't moving. Please get this youg girl some help. I am about to leave and go get coffee next door which I hate.

My love and I get our oil changed here and have a monthly subscription for carwashes. It's all worth it! If you don't know what you want they will have great suggestions. Try a blueberry-lavender energy drink with lemonde.

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years daily. It doesn't feel the same with the new Barista's. The atmosphere is different and the coffee is not the same. Are recently? Was there on Monday and got my coffee and went to work and became very disappointed? Because my coffee was burt and it ruin my day. Drinking burnt coffee is like eating burnt popcorn. I definitely miss the old young ladies. ?
