To start, they use the best coffee beans (Dillanos), and the staff are always friendly. I even had a barista ask me if i was okay one time a few years ago. She seemed very concerned, and i thought it was odd because i was in a great mood after work. I realized later that day, she had seen the bruises on my arm from lifting boxes at work. It gave me a good laugh, and it was so sweet. Even the new hires have done a great job on my specialty frap for the most part, so they must train...
