I usually love this place, but last night I ordered a medium pepperoni olive pizza around 10pm for delivery, it arrive and it had those topping but also, onion, bacon, and sausage HIDDEN under cheese and pepperoni, im not sure if it was out of spite for ordering late, but I’m pretty pissed it made my pizza un edible as I really hate those toppings on my pizza and yet they were HIDDEN!!!! Seems spiteful to me. Do better. Don’t work if you don’t actually wanna work and do it correctly!!!!!!

Ordered a certain type of way and made one wrong. Called and the guy tried arguing with me saying I’m wrong and I told him the app literally says exactly how I ordered it but now I don’t even trust that they didn’t spit or anything on it since he wanted to be so rude too.

I ordered a pizza and tots at this establishment and both were burnt quite horribly. I decided to eat half and I believe I recieved a case of food poisoning as I suffered a long session on the porcelain throne where my unsatiating meal flowed like wine and the stomach churned worse a hurricane. I could only pray to see another day after such an illness. If you wish to feast like a king then look elsewhere my friend. These dominoed lands are dismal as far as the eye can see.

Had to try the TikTok viral pizza and I must say it was really tasty and I will definitely get it again! Not to mention just how fast they delivered my order hot fresh and ready to eat!
TERRIBLE service. My whole household was sick, so we ordered delivery. The estimate was 30 minutes. After an hour, I called in and the person stated they were very busy and would get it to our home within 45 minutes. I understand how stressful it is to work while this busy so I offered to come in & pick it up but the person assured me it would be out. Another hour & a half later I called again and they stated the same thing while also adding “we had a lot of orders so you aren’t the only one”. All I asked was just to be contacted if there was going to be a big delay in the future and for the tracker to be accurate. The person stated “well you can call in before you place the order to see how busy we are”. What?? By this time, I had already fed my kids dinner and was in the car ready to pick it up. I paid $7.99 for the delivery and 20% tip when I placed the order. There was no reimbursement or apology offered. This is literally the first negative review I have EVER left but I will not be going to this location again.

Always love Domino's Pizza but this location goes above and beyond
Put an order in through the app and sat in front of the Store for about 30 minutes before I call the store only for them to tell me they were out of cheese and not taking any more orders and that my order hadn’t been made yet and to go ahead and cancel it so when I told them they already took my money, they went ahead and canceled it on their endand that was it. I don’t know if I hadn’t called how long I was gonna be sitting out there waiting on something they weren’t gonna make or why the app even accepted my order.

First of all, don't blame the pandemic because the pandemic has been over for awhile now. Secondly you guys should take off the quality control because if your employees are sending out pizzas that don't look appetizing well something is wrong.. Can you guys guess at what's wrong with my pizza? The crust imploded on half of the pizza and the cheese ran off the other half. Ordered the pizza at 7:48 and didn't get it until 9:54.....hmmm

👍 This Dominos moved from the complex they used to be in right next to the Lakewood Town center. They are now located a little further down Bridgeport heading towards Wendy's and the Car wash. Hope this helps
-- The place has improved a lot. It seems like now they know how to make a pizza correctly. And when it's not their peak busy time like Friday or Saturday nights they are super fast at delivering.
If it's a Friday or Saturday day/night I've noticed it can get pretty busy. Really you'd be better off ordering on another day of the week if you really wanting quick service.
And remember to TIP your delivery drivers. Dominos doesn't pay the delivery fee to the driver who is personally delivering you your Domino's so please remember to TIP them delivery drivers make minimum wage.
Domino's pizza is always a great choice for a nice night free from cooking over a hot stove or worrying about a bunch of dishes to have to wash.
Don't forget to use the coupons on their app because it does make it significantly cheaper when done that way. Tons of coupons and items besides just pizza to choose from.

Ordered 2 8 piece wings (BONE N) and bites. They gave me bone LESS. Drenched my bites. Charged me extra. They don't do refunds because no 1 knows how 2. 6 people in store and no 1 can work a register. 5 people went 2 the back of the store huddled up in the office laughing and playing games while 1 person worked. U got 2 dudes trying 2 b women and 1 woman trying 2 b a man. Stop focusing on being what u ain't and focus on your job. 1 of the male worker acting like a woman said " that's y u do delivery". As if that's a better excuse 4 not knowing your job. Instead of jus admitting they made a mistake. No effort to help or understand the customer. No care or empathy 4 for customer. 40 minute wait 4 wings and bread in store. I promise I will NOT come back. After years of doing business with dominoes, that was it for me. Get some 1 n that Bridgeport store that knows how to work a register, help people, and do their job properly b 4 u lose more customers. I work 2 hard at my job 2 deal wit people who don't care about theirs.
