The store is always very clean and always has a special running where you can get awesome pizza on a low budget and I can’t say enough about the help just organic sincere nice

I order here often but only get pizza - which I rarely have complaints about. I wanted to try the loaded chicken and was eager to do so. Upon opening the box, I was shocked to see what was presented. It did not resemble the menu photo and looked unsightly. Chicken was soggy and gristly and edges were burnt. I ended up tossing it. I’m not sure if this is standard for this or just a fluke, but I will be sticking to pizza for now!

Called in the order because they told us the dining room was closed got there and it was open and empty got our order and it was wrong so we sat there while they made another good thing we checked before we left which I believe you should not have to do also were told we ordered the wrong item when it took us 22min to order over the phone due to language barrier of the person at a call center in another country taking a local order no more phone orders for us until we get babel to be clear what they are saying.look forward to a reply from them and hopefully in the language of this country

Today. I realized just how bad customer service can be . Earlier this month I ordered three pizzas and some garlic knots. Two of those pizzas were garlic palm with cheese and the other garlic parm, cheese and pepperoni. Those pizzas were not what I ordered are not to my liking.They were too cheesy and too greasy. I called to make a complaint and a manager.Was to fix this by giving me a credit 2 pizzas. Yet today, 4 calls later and a hang up call.I get my order place. And again my order was wrong. This time I got 2 Cheese Pizzas.No garlic Palm, but red sauce.One pizza was totally overcooked and the other pizza half.The cheese was missing. I asked did they not understand i just wanted the same 2 pizzas they got wrong. The manger at the Steilacoom store in Lakewood would not redo the order because she said it was a redo order already. Very bad customer service. I had 1 person tell me my l8ds were picky because I used they wouldn't eat the red sauce . Does it matter, I'm paying so I'm asking for good service. Not happy and will not be giving business to the Steilacoom store in Lakewood. #9430 Unhappy customer.

The only experience I had was with some pizza delivery guy pounding on my door telling me I owed for a pizza that I didn't get. I didn't order a pizza. If someone else ordered a pizza and owed him for one that's a shame. There is no reason to try to force me to pay him. He beat on my door yelled obscenities very loudly. Saying he was going to call the police on me. He said I would be sued by dominoes lawyers. The man is not ok in the head. I would say he is a liability that dominoes should think carefully about. He needs help....just not from me.

I told them I’m Muslim and want a veggie pizza with no cheese.. the total was 23.00 had to get change for a 50$ came back and it was 26:87$ opened it and found a pizza with 3 cheeses on it. I was thinking what the hell they made a new one and when I got home found pork bits in it I had to throw the whole damn pizza away shame on these dirty people

This dominos has hired an extremely aggressive delivery driver who pulled out in front of me, almost causing a wreck, where I had to slam on my brakes and still cam inches from hitting him, the delivery driver then proceeded to get out of his older model white Ford explorer, and attempt to fight me, all caught on dash cam, I filed a complaint but manager obviously did not care as he still works there months later. Pretty concerning that they have such an aggressive and mentally unstable old man working there.

It looks clean, but someone needs to call the health department. I went in and picked up a pizza and not one staff member had gloves on. They were actively making pizzas without gloves on, touching equipment and were on their phones.. Never again!

Came on on Sat Sept 21st after ordering from phone. Ordered 2 pizzas. Never eaten here before but really all the stores should be the same. Surprisingly they tasted a notch above what I normally get at my local Dominoes. Cheese was plentiful. Cooked properly. The only thing I didn't like was the $10 for 3, 22 ounce bottles of orange soda. F N rip off
