Called in the order because they told us the dining room was closed got there and it was open and empty got our order and it was wrong so we sat there while they made another good thing we checked before we left which I believe you should not have to do also were told we ordered the wrong item when it took us 22min to order over the phone due to language barrier of the person at a call center in another country taking a local order no more phone orders for us until we get babel to be clear what they are saying.look forward to a reply from them and hopefully in the language of this country

Today. I realized just how bad customer service can be . Earlier this month I ordered three pizzas and some garlic knots. Two of those pizzas were garlic palm with cheese and the other garlic parm, cheese and pepperoni. Those pizzas were not what I ordered are not to my liking.They were too cheesy and too greasy. I called to make a complaint and a manager.Was to fix this by giving me a credit 2 pizzas. Yet today, 4 calls later and a hang up call.I get my order place. And again my order was wrong. This time I got 2 Cheese Pizzas.No garlic Palm, but red sauce.One pizza was totally overcooked and the other pizza half.The cheese was missing. I asked did they not understand i just wanted the same 2 pizzas they got wrong. The manger at the Steilacoom store in Lakewood would not redo the order because she said it was a redo order already. Very bad customer service. I had 1 person tell me my l8ds were picky because I used they wouldn't eat the red sauce . Does it matter, I'm paying so I'm asking for good service. Not happy and will not be giving business to the Steilacoom store in Lakewood. #9430 Unhappy customer.

The only experience I had was with some pizza delivery guy pounding on my door telling me I owed for a pizza that I didn't get. I didn't order a pizza. If someone else ordered a pizza and owed him for one that's a shame. There is no reason to try to force me to pay him. He beat on my door yelled obscenities very loudly. Saying he was going to call the police on me. He said I would be sued by dominoes lawyers. The man is not ok in the head. I would say he is a liability that dominoes should think carefully about. He needs help....just not from me.

Don’t buy anything from them. I told them I’m Muslim and want a veggie pizza with no cheese.. the total was 23.00 had to get change for a 50$ came back and it was 26:87$ opened it and found a pizza with 3 cheeses on it. I was thinking what the hell they made a new one and when I got home found pork bits in it I had to throw the whole damn pizza away shame on these dirty people

This dominos has hired an extremely aggressive delivery driver who pulled out in front of me, almost causing a wreck, where I had to slam on my brakes and still cam inches from hitting him, the delivery driver then proceeded to get out of his older model white Ford explorer, and attempt to fight me, all caught on dash cam, I filed a complaint but manager obviously did not care as he still works there months later. Pretty concerning that they have such an aggressive and mentally unstable old man working there.

Came on on Sat Sept 21st after ordering from phone. Ordered 2 pizzas. Never eaten here before but really all the stores should be the same. Surprisingly they tasted a notch above what I normally get at my local Dominoes. Cheese was plentiful. Cooked properly. The only thing I didn't like was the $10 for 3, 22 ounce bottles of orange soda. F N rip off

Bit late but, 10/10 would recommend this specific dominos! My wife and I came in a bit hesitant because we only had $26 left but we luckily got a large New Hawaiian without green peppers in our budget. Plus they hooked us up with a Pepperoni on the house! Which made our night because it was our anniversary! What a blessing, the guy that checked us out, unfortunately we forgot to ask for his name, but we will definitely be back to order more and leave a good tip! Food, service, timing of food was all very phenomenal!! Again thank you!
Not sure what changed at this location from what everyone has been saying but I ordered a cheesy bread and a large pizza through the app! I typically do carryout for the deals. However, I must say the cheesy bread and pizza was cooked perfectly! I’ve been there multiple times and had to wait for long periods of time for my pizza to be ready no matter what day it is but I decided to do something quick and easy tonight. Honestly, it’s the best pizza I’ve had there EVER! I didn’t happen to catch their names but two females were working there and they definitely know what they’re doing. It’s hit and miss there but it was definitely a hit tonight. My order was done quick, nothing was burnt or underdone, when I walked in the door they greeted me and were very respectful. Keep these employees please! It’s not always the restaurant but the employees who are careless. These two definitely need to stay though! Definitely 5 stars tonight! ❤️🫶

We had just finished doing a lot of house cleanup and we’re just too tired to cook a meal, so we ordered two pizzas and salad from the Lakewood Domino’s and Oakbrook. We use the Domino’s Pizza app which is awesome with its intuitive interface that made the ordering process very simple. we were able to place our order and got updates on the cooking and preparation process, which is a nice feature in the app. The only thing that I did not see is a way to tip the Domino’s employees during the checkout process it goes the credit card and calculates taxes and such but has no option for tipping during online ordering. Not a big deal we could do that at the restaurant, but it would be real nice to have just one transaction that includes a tip for the hard working employees.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. This place is very disappointing. I will NEVER order from here again. I used to patronize this store quite a bit until I had an bad experience. Due to this I started ordering from Pizza Hut down the street ( amazing service and great quality food) unfortunately it's late at night and Pizza Hut was closed so I was forced to order from here. BIG MISTAKE. The customer service is non-existent the food quality is trash and the over all experience was far from pleasant. The pizza was so soggy and looked unappealing to my stomach. I went ahead and have it a chance and yuck!!! It tasted Exactly how it Looked DISGUSTING. You want a delicious pizza, with great customer service? GO TO PIZZA HUT. You'll be happy you did.

DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend went to get our order we ordered online, and had an email about a previous order they messed up on. Saying the store management would get back to him. They never did so he asked about it when he went in to get this order and the staff was extremely rude and had a very threatening reaction “what’s up then” and saying threatening things and also saying “there’s the door” after handing him the food. Also had an issue with card information being stolen from a friend from this location. DO NOT GO HERE.

We were at the Science Dome Planetarium very close by and wanted to eat before our long drive home. Ordering was quick (5 toppings for $10.99) and easy. When i called they simply asked, "Carry out or delivery?" so i replied, "Carry out." I was thinking they didnt have tables, so we'll eat in the car. However, lookie, lookie, they do have dining! I wish they gad said so. We stopped at Safeway to grab something to drink in the car.
