I have been a customer of Dutch Brothers since 2007, in Southern Oregon. I was doing some custom cabling for one of the franchise owners, Clayton. He gave me a card for a free latte. In 18 years I have NEVER had a bad experience. If I was in a down mood when I pulled in, I was smiling when I left. I was ecstatic when they came to Washington. If your espresso experience is hit or miss, find a Dutch Bros. You'll never want Starbucks again.

My favorite location ever!
I am a loyal Dutch Bros customer, this location is hands down the best. I absolutely enjoy the friendliness of the staff and how they treat you, with respect (which I can’t say about one other location I visited).
Most of the time I drive a longer distance just to visit this location because I love the way they treat you and make sure you have your drink made correctly.
They messed up my drink one time out of probably over...

I haven’t been a fan of Dutch Bros for too long, but so far so good. The coffee doesn’t taste burnt, majority of the employees are friendly, and the lines move swiftly. Enjoying this place!!
