Provided healthy, affordable lunch for years that I was stationed at JBLM. Product substantially benefitted my physical and mental health. Highly recommend.

Not only is there smoothie and can bowl the tastiest I’ve had in the Seattle area, but you truly can’t beat the mass amount of options, add ons, and flavors. The girls are great and always friendly, after 3 visits they remembered who I was and what i ordered previously. Given the I’d large collection, I have to continue visiting to taste them all. Live this place.

onie's service was bad

Normally I love going to Emerald smoothie today I went in, it wasn’t the same usual staff but two new girls that I have never seen before.. the worst experience of my life they were rude and aggressive. One of the girls took the drinks that we brought back in due to it not tasting right and duped them back into the blender and added peanut butter and water and tried to give it back to us!! When we asked for a refund she then said that we had to come back when her manger was in.. if this location has cameras they need to watch them, with customer service this bad they are sure to lose out on customers that normally come in i know I won’t be going back again!!

I come here regularly for a post-workout shake and last night the shake was made incorrectly. It tasted nothing like the way it normally does and had a weird artificial sweetener taste. The store was closed by the time that I got home and tasted the shake so I was unable to call or go back. I go into the store today and ask for the shake to be remade or to get a refund. The 2 workers immediately have an attitude and say no to the remake or the refund. They said the shake has to be brought back the same day to receive a remake or a refund. I clearly wasn’t able to do that in this instance and as a regular customer, who will not be returning, I expected a better resolution. Keep the $9 I guess. Hope it was worth the 1-star review. On a side note: the 2 girls already had all of the blenders taken down and everything was put away. When the store doesn’t close for another hour.
