Biggest issue is sanitation. I saw a barista today touch her use her thumb and touch her teeth and not wash her hands at all. When handling drinks and food you definitely shouldn’t be touching your hair, face and then serving food and drinks.

Been going to this stand for a while. The barista Jules is the best. She is so loving, caring, and just a wonderful person to be around. She always makes my day a whole lot better. I always leave with a smile and if I don’t have one when I get there she makes sure I leave with one. I will definitely be coming back again and again. You are one in a billion Jules🫶

I will start with the lady working the stand was very friendly and the coffee was good. Not the best I’ve ever had but better than most in the immediate area. My issue is I ordered a 16 oz iced americano (shots and water) topped with heavy cream. Nothing extra just the standard amount of shots they put in a 16 oz no flavor or anything and my total before tip was $7.78. NEVER in my life have I ever paid that much for an americano. They aren’t even that much in the airport! Absolutely outrageous!

We used to see the same few crew members working out of this location. Since the beginning of the year I have NOT ONCE seen the same person twice, sonit appears they can't keep people in who know the menu or know how to make quality coffee.
It's very possible this is because despite the location being incredibly busy with two baristas working, they decided earlier in the year they only needed one, so whoever is in there is CLEARLY overworked. Probably underpaid too.
Owners, you need to keep good talent in your locations by making sure they have adequate help, training, pay, etc or else your product quality suffers greatly. This used to be my favorite coffee place and now it sucks.

We love Espresso Stop! We go to the one on Steilacoom blvd in Lakewood. They are amazing. I get coffee more than I’d like to admit and they are by far the best coffee in Lakewood.The team at espresso stop is the best. They all know my phone number by heart and know my drink and my wife’s drink. I have a lot of grumpy mornings, I can’t be grumpy after going to Espresso Stop because of how engaging they are.The service is exceptionally excellent!

Excellent staff! Great variety on offerings. I didn't really know what I wanted one day and just told the barista i wated cold, a bit of a bite, and a really good flavor. She whipped up a sparking pomegranate lemonade! I am now totally hooked.The ONLY suggestion I have is to finish your website! But, I love your hot almond lattes and your sparkling pomegranate lemonades!!!!
