This location is extremely slow with y crew members working. You're better off ordering ahead or waiting a hour for a sub. Wouldn't recommend this establishment.

Location wonderful, employees wonderful. Sandwich horrible! Ordered an Italian sub. No flavor. Bread spongy and rubbery like they microwaved it. Hard to eat. Worst sub ever!

This was the first time we have eaten there. The subs tasted great. They were rather small, smaller than Jersey Mike's. We had an Italian sub. I would go again.

I really wish I had enjoyed my food, because the first time I came here the subs were absolutely amazing. I ordered the exact same thing this time, a pepperoni meatball sub. I added bacon and was charged for it, but there was no bacon on my sandwich. I also asked for light marinara, yet the sandwich was drenched and completely soggy, and I did not receive the grilled onions either.
The turkey bacon sandwich was also extremely soggy and honestly inedible. To make matters worse, I found a hair in that sandwich. The only things that were good were the mac and cheese and the drinks. We ordered Sprite. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. We also had to wait much longer than expected, even though the online order said it would be ready at 12:30. I placed the order ahead of time because I needed to get to work. Spending $55 on sandwiches and not being able to enjoy the food at all is unacceptable.

Love the food here. Service is always great even when it’s busy. However, they let someone bring in a dog that clearly wasn’t a service dog. This is a food establishment and I’d rather not have dog hair in my food.

Recently T-Mobile had a BOGO deal that I wanted to use. I was unable to use this deal from T-Mobile at the time that was convenient for me, and that time was 30 minutes before Firehouse Subs in Lakewood Washington closed. To use this deal from T-Mobile, you have to use the Firehouse Subs app. The Firehouse Subs app will not let you order from this Lakewood, Washington Firehouse Subs location 30 minutes before they close. So, I decided to delete my account I created and will go elsewhere. If I can't use the Firehouse Subs app 30 minutes before they close, then I don't need to buy a sub there.

We ordered three sandwiches for pickup from the website. So many customization options, and the results were delicious. I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. We wound up coming to Firehouse Subs twice more during the week that we were in town. Hopefully there are Firehouse Subs locations in Seattle... I better check!

The fastness of the food, the friendly employees, and the consistency and quality of the sub sandwiches are why I come back often and recommend to others. Darnel is an excellent employee, he is friendly and has gotten to know us, which only enhances the speedy and friendly service.
