It was firehouse so no matter what the brisket was phenomenal even if it did lack adequate bbq sauce. There were only 3 employees at lunch time on a Friday so service was a little on the slow side and the person working the register lacked any personality or ability to put the order in right even after repeating myself 3 times. That being said you can still never go wrong with the smokehouse cheddar & brisket!

Probably the best sub I've ever had! I got the hook and ladder and it was absolutely delicious 😋 I like that they have better topping options than other places and of all the sandwich shops I've been to, these guys have the best bread. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for

I had some trouble with my app (including user error) and they were soooo kind and patient getting everything squared away.
