The service and coffee are good but a little pricey but the main thing that i dont care for the apparent deletion of my account so no rewards so no more gravity for me!

I went to the drive-through. You can't order until you get to the window, so if there is a line you spend a lot of time waiting to order. The menu shows all the fancy drinks, have to search for regular coffee.
