This is a local minority owned small business. The food is prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. The environment and menu (including prices!) have not been updated in many years, it seems.The same meal at 5 Guys or other would cost nearly double. Prices remain reasonable despite trends in overcharging.Fantastic milkshakes!Lots of menu choices!I hope this business survives.

I like the burger and fries. After going in maybe ten times over six months, one of the staff knows my order. Not real talkative, but can tell be what my order is. I will take it.
Ordered food and asked if I could get the bathroom unlocked and the old lady with black hair said (Not You’re Kind) you no use bathroom then she let one of her Chinese customers use it I asked agin and she say (Not You’re Kind Please leave) this is all after I ordered my food. Will never attend this place

If you are looking for a good burger spot come here. My first time here & I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries. Food was fresh & delicious! I didn’t wait too long. I’d definitely come back.

Fries were great. Burger was mediocre at best but the milkshakes were HORRIBLE. Paid over $7 each and ordered butterscotch and mocha. Was not butterscotch and if it was get a new brand. It was bright yellow and not blended in. The mocha flavoring was even worse and permanently clogged the straw.

Not always the biggest fan of hamburgers but their shakes, french fries and burgers were so delicious. Definitely not like fast food. Everything here is made fresh. I can’t wait to go back and try different stuff!?

Always hits the spot and has never disappointed us whether we dined in or got delivery. Limited indoor seating, and they have a high chair and restoom available.
Came in to pick up order for door dash and was not greeted by staff. Tried to use the restroom while I waited but it was locked. I let them know I was there for door dash and I knew food was not yet ready and I asked if I could use the restroom while I waited. The cook had a mouth full of food and simple made an x with his arms. The cashier laughed. I asked if the restroom was out of order and she said "oh he doesn't want to". I said "so I'm allowed to use your restroom? " and I didn't get a response. So I let them know I was going to leave a very negative review. Staff is horribly rude.

I got a mushroom burger and chili fries. I wasn't very impressed with the burger given the price point - the sandwich was wet, but the paddy was dry and juiceless. Good seasoning, but it seemed like a frozen pre-made paddy you'd get from a super market.The chili fries were alright, but ~$7 was a lot to pay for a small basket of just-okay fries with some canned chili and cheese on top.If you want something different it's fine, but you'd be better off with a lot of chain fast food joints on a price-to-quality basis.

Ordered a Philly. Overpriced and customer service was absolutely horrible. Asked for them to cut my sandwich in half and wrap them separate and was handed a paper plate with a plastic butter knife. Won't be back or recommend. Should've waited to tip!
