When I order through the app 9 times out of ten, my food is made fresh/not rushed/thrown together.
The workers here don't seem to just slap it together to get it out the way, they make it like if they're making it for themselves (with care).
The quality of service is pretty good compared to how it used to be. Thank you management and employees, I enjoy eating here. Good location for online app orders.
Burger was out of this world all burger joints should be like this would definitely go back I wish they had more from around the United

I ordered for a curly fries and they have regular fries . When I told them I ordered curly fries the lady at the window was giving attitude and told me that I have to go around the line and pay if I want curly fries then she started telling her co worker as if it’s my fault that I didn’t get curly fries . Very poor and I friendly customer service . Will never ever go back there again

Always have issues with this location. This time was the last straw for me. Last time I went through the drive thru, they told me they were only doing online app orders. This time, I planned ahead, ordered through the app around 10pm on 5/10/2024. It literally said on the app AND on google that this location was open. I went to pick up through the drive thru at this location around 10 mins as suggested by the app. I went there and NO ONE was there. Just a literal handwritten sign on the drive thru window that they were closed until 6am. Like…. So you charged me and I wasted gas for this??? I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. That’s a literal scam. How are you taking orders when the location is literally closed? Makes no sense to me.

Order some onion rings on May 3rd, 2024 at 8814 S Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA 98499 and they were horrible. Got them through the drive thru. Didn't see them until I got home. They were Burnt and hard. Contacted them at this location and they just gave a bunch of excuses like that is how they do it. Really?? My neighbor who got the same thing said her onions were hard and burnt too. They didn't want to make it right. I will never go to to Jack in the Box again!!! Very very disappointed.

The cashier on the night of 4/31/2024 at this location has absolutely no customer service skills very short and rude didn't even say your welcome kept breathing like she was super irritated that I was there. And kept rolling her eyes .I don't appreciate the attitude I will no longer be coming to this location

So when did the tacos stop getting cheese on them???? The staff is rude and large lady that claimed to be the manager acted like I was bothering her when I got to the window, my food was cold, the egg was dry and crunchy on the breakfast jack, the hash brown was old and full of grease. Tried to call the location and no one answers. I will be notifying the health dept at 8am this morning

Sign says opent for lobby till 10pm and yet at 7:39 pm it is closed claiming short staff, called number told short staff same excuse every night, GUES WILL HAVE TO DRIVE MY SEMI TRUCK THROUGH THE BUILDING AND TEAR OFF HALF THE BUILDING JUST I CAN ORDER MY FOOD
Jack in the Box has some of the best tasting fast food but the price is getting way out of hand. I only go when I have a coupon or if they have a special.

Why are the workers so rude at this location. They act like they hate the world. And then you go back next time and it's the same thing. For the prices they shouldn't behave so rudely to customers. The new employees get taught by the old ones that it's ok to not smile ever and be extremely short with customers. I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves and use online ordering to avoid speaking to them but when they forgot my sandwich and I called I was accused of lieing. Like I wanted to drive all the way back for a jumbo jack just to waste my own time. Now I'm scared they spit in my food and don't even want to eat it now
