This is the 2nd time Ive gone here to pick up breakfast, took a break from going for awhile because of a certain individual, Barbara was the cashier and taking orders, she provides wonderful service and is very kind. There was another cashier there that acted like she could care less to be there before, but Barbara changed the environment for me so I will keep coming back.

If youāre looking for good customer service this is the most rare location to find it 95% of the time the person taking your order does not sound happy even a bit to make it worse there is no manners used or common courtesy I get itās fast food and itās not the best type of job at all but stop acting like the people ordering have done you wrong just asking for a little respect is all

How is one of the worst fast food chains in America so expensive. They are literally making burgers and chicken sandwich meals 14-17$ plus. Not paying that much for a frozen food warmed up in a deep fryer

The biggest problem is that they arenāt open 24 hours. I work overnight on JBLM and they are the most inconsistent establishment Iāve ever been to for a place that claims itās ā24 hoursā. Donāt eat here, go to McDonalds where they are consistent. This location is THE WORST!!!! Would give less than 1 star if possible. AVOID!!!!

Pull up to the drive through at night and there is a worker there to tell you you have to order online. Even though they can chat with you, you have to pull out your phone and order online. Why?!?

First time ever trying Jack in the box and probably my last! eating my burger and found a long strand of hair in my burger! Tried to Called up there, and now the phone line is disconnected! Probably will not be back! ??
