First impressions are everything! First time at this location was today and definitely my last. Ordered two simple meals and they gave me some old food. I drove pretty far out before looking at my food but it was nasty. Curly fries were old and hard. Ultimate cheeseburger was old and hard as well! Chicken nuggets were super hard and super hot. The cook and quality control definitely did not take place today. I was disappointed that people would actually put this out to the public. If you want fresh food don’t go to this location. Cant really tell from pictures but I definitely will not go to this location again.

What is going on here? The people that work at this location are so confusing. I just was told they were out of mozzarella sticks, oh wait we have them. Then was told they were out of boneless wings, oh wait we have them, but we are out of the buffalo sauce. …Cut to: I get to the window and they give me buffalo sauce. We are scraping the bottom of the barrel with staffing in 2025

My expectations for this place are already so low, I find it astounding you weren’t even able to meet that bar. Your drive thru attendant was in no way, shape, or form capable of interacting with the public. The absolute worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I’m sorry the highlight of your life is your job at jack in the box, but that’s where you are right now. Stop being pathetic and miserable. Pick a struggle.

At the window I asked for 3 avacado sauce & 3 buttermilk sauce had to pull up front to wait. got my order still no sauces I went inside to get my sauces and will only give me 2 of each. I was more polite than they were. Believe they were islanders working the window, would have never thought your own ppl will treat you the way they did. Not going back

We went through the drive thru at around 11:30 am. 2 out of 3 burgers were wrong and, and we were missing fries. Okay, I understand things happen. We go in to have the order fixed. We come back out to the car, and they both were still missing things. Still, not a big deal. However, I paid almost 60 bucks for what we ordered, and the two burgers that were fixed were awful. The buns were hard, the meat was dry, and the cheese was cold. Very frustrating experience.
