I ordered a giant sandwich and they charged me for two regular subs which made it a lot more expensive than it should’ve been. Make sure to get your receipt and check to see if you were charged correctly.

Very good sandwich! Very busy when we went, waited a long time to get service. But the employees were slammed and they were very nice when they got to us. Even got a 10% discount for the long wait. Very good shop.

I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 45 minutes. When you put your items into the cart on the app it gives an estimate time which said 15 minutes. When you click submit order is when you’re given a pick up time. It was too long for our schedule so we went into the location. We were told “your order won’t be ready until your time” even think there were only 2 people in the store. It was still 30 minutes until my order was ready. I asked for my money back. The worker stormed off super upset with me and told me she needed to call her manager to give me my money back. In the meantime, I went on both the app and website which stated I needed to contact the store I made my order through to cancel it. Even if you call customer service it says that on the automated message. The worker came back and gave me severe attitude. She stood at the register for maybe 30 seconds and then told me she couldn’t do it that I needed to call customer service. When I told her that I just did and looked it up and that she was the one who was supposed to give me my refund she threw her hands up and told me she couldn’t do anything. She didn’t even attempt to try. Once I found out for absolutely certain that I needed to get my order cancelled through the store, I was already on the road to where I was late for, so I called. The phone rang and rang and rang. I called 18 times. I also called a corporate number that specifically said they wouldn’t return my phone call if it was about a order cancellation but I left a voicemail anyway. To this day I’ve never been able to get through to a manager at your store and to this day I’ve never gotten my money back. The worker was extremely rude and it was a highly uncomfortable situation. I work in food industry and understand a rush. But I also understand POS systems and know there was absolutely a way for her to cancel. I’ve tried to submit a complaint directly to your store via the website and never got a response. Highly unprofessional, even for a chain.

Came in and stood in line for 30 minutes just for their card reader to go down at the person in front of me. They got their food for free and I wasted 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back! Never again!

Ordered online. I arrived after my order was supposed to be ready. I watched as a long line of people came and left. People at the back of this long line came up to me saying I should have just waited in line. When no one was at the counter they started working on my order. I waited in there 25-30 minutes. I would have left sooner if I had not ordered online at all. I asked one of the employees what the point of ordering online was and she said they were short staffed as a response.3 sandwitches for $43 and that was the response I got.

Surprisingly had a good experience at this Jersey Mike's location. It's rare that I go out and get a sandwich from anywhere, but I was really craving a quick lunch on the day I visited. I placed my order through the app and when I arrived around 11:30am on a weekday they were busy, but I was greeted and given my mobile order. I didn't have to wait in line and the employee was very quick at acknowledging me. The sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it with certain modifications. I compare this kind of spot to Subway/Jimmy John's and if I had to pick I would stop by here over those places.
