Well apparently you have to say that you want the "after 2 PM Meal Deal" otherwise they ring you up as a normal meal. But for me, they corrected it, so buyer beware. I do appreciate the reward system they have. It has some good discounts.

Always Delicious, but if you are gonna charge people almost 50 bucks for 2 giants....25 dollars for ONE sandwhich, can you put the right amount of everything on it or if you don't have enough, then take off a few bucks. Don't know if they ran out but I got like a "wipe" of avacado on my sandwhich...basically non existent. 🥲🥲🥲.
I have been going to this jimmy johns for years. I have never had an issue except for today. I order online, pickup the food and then drive home. When I get home we find the meat on the beach club my wife ordered is gray. There is no way we are eating that. I call asking for a refund on it and the person who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I have talked to. She proceeds to tell me that she sliced the meat today and the brownish look on the lettuce is because we requested it be toasted. Toasting does not turn meat GRAY! She argues with me about it and she can't just "give away free food". I also said numerous times I would send her a picture of the gray meat since it is that big of a deal. It is inedible...it's not free food since you can't eat it. She says numerous times how she made the sandwiches and she wouldn't have sent them out if there was something wrong with them. After more arguing about it, she finally relents and gives me a "credit" because of my order history with this store, but that was ridiculous. Just because you made the sandwich does not mean you get to provide terrible service. Look for yourself at the gray meat. Disgusting. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had easily.

Great little place to stop in grab lunch. Food was good, the workers were cool, and it's pretty comfortable lookin inside. Overall great job, keep up the good work.

I have loved Jimmy John's ever since they came out here. They were once faster, but hey... I enjoy their sandwiches more than Subway.

The food is good and fast. It could be better if they had a way to make their bacon hot and crispy. I ordered the J.J.B.L.T. and the bread was a little hard. I did love the BBQ chips, and the service was great. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Does not know how to use a computer went for bday Sub drive all the way over for nothing in their computer waste of gas app was on my phone for bday and since for some reason it only showed $4.99 they wouldn't accept it

I called in a beach club giant sub, went in and man was the person that was working their awesome. He was very polite and friendly and it elevated my experience. 10/10 will come again

I do like the sandwiches. They are not freaky fast anymore. I order my sandwich online and 30 min later it's still not ready when I get there. They always forget something like cutting the sandwich, name on sandwich, mayo mustard packets. Despite all that I will still go here because I like the sandwiches better then subway and Jersey Mike's.
