Super friendly staff...always pleasant to customers and they DON'T try to rip you off by over pricing their items. I always come here and have never had a bad experience, unlike the other grocery store American Lake Market. Too many bad experiences there to keep going back...Ill stick to this store ?

Place doesn't look like much but it's a decent sized convenience store. It's handy being close to the American Lake public park and beach as well as the near by VA Hospital. It's in the heart of Lake City which is a lower income area heavily populated by soldiers from the near by Fort Lewis. My complaint is the beer coolers are not cold enough. I hate warm beer. I think they are trying to save money on electricity or trying to sell ice. Lol

If you need something, and you don't have time to go further. On holidays you can count on them, they usually open almost every day. You can find crafts like blankets scarves caps of your favorite teams. There I usually buy the best and most durable option to scrub dishes.
Friendly service, plenty of parking and just about anything's you'd need to pick up at a deli. There's also a little espresso shop just across the street with a drive through!

The employees are the reason to visit. Friendly helpful and courteous. There is another mart a block away but your not greeted or assisted in the same fashion. Customer service is the best at Lake City Deli Mart!
