Saigon Crepe (Banh Xeo)
We call it Banh Xeo because when it is poured into the skillet it makes a sizzling sound. This crepe is stuffed with chicken slices, prawns, yellow mung bean, onion, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. We then wrap it with lettuce leaves. Served with our special dipping sauce.

I first tried this place 17 years ago, I was a 16 living in the US for the first time, coming from Mexico.
I found this place all on my own while exploring the town that summer and it was one of the first places I ate alone.
Til this day my family and I talk about it- I ended up taking my aunt and uncle when I was 16, then when aunt passed away in 2016, I took my sister, mom and dad.

The woman who took our order was a hoot! She was hilarious and so friendly. The food was simply delicious. I highly recommend the apple salad with chicken. The salad is crisp & refreshing, and the dressing is to die for. I'm looking forward to returning!

food is great and service can be slow, not many people work here. I saw many people picking up phone orders. I've always been able to get a table. which you pick yourself. the menus are under glass at each table do you can peruse what you would like to have, by the time someone takes your order. nice
