The pho was ok, nothing special, but it did fill me up. My wife had the Vietnamese sandwich (banh mi) and the bread was hard with not much taste. You can do better elsewhere in South Tacoma Way.

The quality of the food is here good and service is fast; however I'm super irritated because every single time I come here they screw my order up. Every time. I always get brisket and meatballs and they end up giving me fatty flank. When I complained they seemed annoyed and rather than replacing the pho they give me a side of meatballs letting me pick out the fat flank myself. I asked for chili sauce 3 different times and they still wouldn't bring it to me.. so I just gave up. I'm super annoyed. The service sucks here.

Best pho spot in town! I’m asian and grew up eating homemade pho all the time, I know what good pho is, have tried several pho spots and this spot is the best! I love their seafood pho, came with lots of variety of seafood (shrimp, squid, fish meatballs, imitation crab) and their prices are good as well. My mom got the combination pho bowl that came with all meats and there was a generous portion of meat as well. People always mention how the service is non-existent and it’s true they don’t come up and check on you or anything but it’s more of a you go up to the counter and ask for whatever you need type of thing. I love this place, the pho, the food 10/10!

I had a mixed experience at MaMa’s Pho. I attempted to call ahead to place an order twice using the number listed on Google, but both calls went unanswered. Since I couldn’t get through, I decided to go in person to place my order. The service was initially smooth—I didn’t have to wait long to order, and I even showed the staff a list on my phone of exactly what I wanted to ensure there was no confusion. I pre-tipped 20%, expecting good service.
Unfortunately, I was mistaken in assuming everything was correct. After driving 15 minutes home, I realized that one of the two large pho I ordered was missing. I returned to the restaurant and showed the staff the same list from my phone, with a timestamp proving the order hadn’t been changed. Even though the staff acknowledged the mistake, I still had to pay for the missing pho, which felt frustrating. Given the situation, I would have appreciated if they had taken responsibility and offered it to me free of charge, especially after I had already spent over $40 on the order and pre-tipped generously.
Additionally, the inconvenience of having to return to the restaurant and wait an extra 10 minutes to get the missing pho was disappointing. I had tried to call again before heading back to the restaurant to expedite the process, but no one answered.
The food itself was good, but the service and handling of the situation could have been much better. I hope the phone number gets updated or clarified, and that they work on ensuring order accuracy moving forward.

One of our favorite place to get pho. They have nice staff. They are nice to people who have disability. Had great time with family. We left Ho Soon Yi Restaurant, Korean Restaurant due to Rude, hostile and disrespect and harsh tone of restaurant waitress when we enter restaurant. That is when we decided to go to this restaurant. Good atmosphere and good food. Thank you for your service❤️ We decided we will NEVER support

The old man waiter in here is very rude , unprofessional. last time I ordered here, I didn’t get any food for 1hour and check with him if my food is still not ready, and he asked what I order , he totally forgot to put my order back there and write my order when I check with him, I asked if he didn’t put my order in and he was staring me annoyed and just keep saying it will come out soon without any apology . I was waiting over hour and other 2 tables who came later than me already finished their dishes and that waiter even eating the food for himself when customer didn’t even get food , starving for hour . Mistakes can be make but his attitude towards his mistake is so wrong. Next time , if you made mistake , do apology first . (Other waiter/waitress are really good and nice , just this old waiter man is really the problem and hope to not get served by him)
