I went to McDonald’s tonight and the lady taking my order was great no problem got my order right and everything! Then I got to the second window and the lady working. Was throwing sauce into my bag and when I got my bag she wasn’t even going to give me my drink and I had to tell her that I got one and she didn’t even give me a straw…As soon as I home the small fry I ordered was at the bottom of my bag and I opened my 6 piece chicken nugget to find this…5 with the tiniest one that looks like someone took a giant bite out of. I get that they can busy but I even asked her for ketchup that I asked for at the speaker and she seemed irritated about it?! It was on the receipt…and recently I’ve been going and the people have been so rude and careless. Not all of them some of the employees are great but how hard is it to follow and order and put the stuff in the bag over and give me an actual 6 piece? I get it’s fast food but like come on guys do better.

Ordered a spicy chicken and 20 piece nugget sweet sour/honey mustard sauce with a diet Dr pepper. They had me pull into one of the wait stalls where I stayed for 15min to receive my food. They didn't bring my drink so they had to go back and get it took another 5min. 20min later I pull off and go home to find NO sauces in my bag. The food was luke warm, I imagine from them making my order first and letting it sit until the other 2 wait stall car orders were ready to go out so they can bring them all in one trip. Mcdonalds quality/service has declined ever since covid and never really picked back up.

This McDonald's happens to be better than most. The food was fresh! (Thank you) And my order accurate, which is a big plus!! Lately I feel like I'm in the twilight zone!! Customer service is non existent and a lot of establishments are extremely rude, disrespectful and demining. But not this McDonald's. I had to wait a bit but I'm assuming it was because my food was fresh! Especially my fries! Gotta have fresh hot perfectly cooked fries!! The service was good and McDonald's employees polite. Thank you!

so I'm trying to use my mobile app at the McDonald's and somehow when placing the order it charged my card which I cannot have happened because it would be a huge overdraft fee that would be added Once you place an order it cannot be canceled. Which I do understand and agree with the policy.The manager arrives at the cash register and was not sure it could be done, she worked some magic and made it happen. Proving not all heroes wear cape's!!!
Ya’ll need to have some chill. It’s McDonald’s - not going to be perfect every time - and yes, wait times will be longer during rushes.

This McDonalds used to be great. Lately the food isn’t coming out near as fresh. If you have somewhere to be in the morning and are in a hurry then just take the safe route and pass this McDonalds. You might be the unlucky one who has to wait more than a half hour for one breakfast sandwich. Also sometimes the codes from the app will fail to register on your ticket.

This isn’t “fast” food. Whenever I come through the drive thru here, no matter how simple my order is, they make me wait in one of the “reserved drive thru” parking spots for 15 minutes or more. I can see other cars behind me pulling away with their orders straight from the drive thru window. Wtf is that?

I was having trouble with my app today and went in store to figure out what to do, as the app prompted me to the employee just STARED at me and did absolutely nothing. She said she can’t control anything on the app and I understand that but she didn’t offer up any solutions, help me to get my food, or nothing! I went back to work hungry because I spent my whole lunch break on the dumb app just to be met with an employee who had no idea how to help. Now I’m hungry, upset, and out 5000 points on the app because I guess it took my points every time my order failed. :(

I went inside because there were a lot of cars in the drive thru. My wait was not awful however when I walked to my car and tried the fries I was beyond disappointed and did not go back in because of the line now inside. The fries had been sitting around for a while and not under a warmer either because they barely had any warmth at all. The burger was warmer at least. The coke was good. I don't like ordering on a screen - I miss the human contact. The employees were not enthusiastic, cheery, or show much in the way of customer service.
