Purchased ice cream on the app only to be told the machine is down. Then when I asked for a refund they tried 3 times to not give it to me. There is no way to get a refund on the app and the only way to get your money back is there the store you ordered from. I know this cause its happened before. They were just really not trying to help me at all and I hated having to get sturn to get my money back. They should have refunded it right away knowing it was their error for not putting it on outage on the app.

The workers for the most part are friendly but the service leaves much to be desired. I have had 2 issues with this location and I hardly ever go there. The first time I ordered via app. When I got there they told me they had not received the order after waiting there 15-20mins. They ended up making it while I was there. This is the reason I won't use the app again. The second time i used the drive-thru. First it took them way to long to acknowledge me so they could take my order, as cars in the other lane were able to make their orders and pull up to the window. When I finialy do pull up to the window to get my order I received the wrong order and told to wait in the parking lot to wait for my drink. I waited for about 10 mins before going in so they could fix my order and get my drink. I won't be going to this location again.

Never had one bad experience from this McDonald's. Fries always hot and I never wait to be taken care of. The people are nice and EVERYTHING is ALWAYS clean.
I went to the drive threw and ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget and a 4 piece chicken McNugget meal and these people gave me 1 sauce what a way to show appreciation so disappointed in the service there and the manager was even more rude when I call to tell them what happened so don’t think I will be going back to this McDonald’s on and by the way this is the McDonald’s on Steilacoom boulevard not a great place don’t go here
