Took almost 20 minutes to get through the drive thru lane. They have two lanes for their drive thru but only take orders from them one at a time. They also have two pick up windows but didn't use the second window at all. They could have used the second pickup window for those who had bigger orders and not make it so the people only getting a couple items off the value menu wait 20 minutes to get their food. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, I've been to Mexican and Chinese restaurants that get your order finished more quickly than my experience was here today. Update, came in today and tried mobile order and curbside delivery. It took 22 minutes of waiting in the parking spot before I decided to go inside and see what was going on with my order. There were no cars in the drive thru and only a couple in the parking spots so by appearance the store wasn't busy. When I asked the cashier up front if I could get some free drinks for the wait, she told me she would have to ask the manager. All she told the manager was I was waiting for her, couldn't even pass on the message for giving out a free drink for a 20+ minute wait. Manager came up and said here is your food then walked away. I continued to wait because this is the second time I had a bad experience with customer service at this location. I dropped my rating from a 3 star to a 2 star for this updated review. This is a fast food chain, it should never take anymore than 10 minutes to make any order especially if they aren't all that busy. All I ordered was 10 nuggets, 4 McChickens and a hamburger happy meal. Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. If I could give negative stars for customer service I would.

Used to be the only unique McDonald's around, silver chrome drive thru only McDonald's. Such a bummer it was remodeled, just a regular mcdonalds now. Boo!!!

Always check your order, we were missing items and had to ask for them. Biggest complaint: THERE WAS A SPIDER IN ONE OF OUR NUGGET BOXES. It was the size of a quarter (legs included). Diseased spider crawling all over my nuggets and I ingested them before seeing spider crawl out from under a nugget. ðŸ˜ðŸ¤¢ðŸ¤®ðŸ¤¢ðŸ¤¢ðŸ¤¢

I actually like this McDonald's few of the managers are amazing but i have to give one star because of this incident, only thing needs to be fixed is the employees having attitudes I ask one girl today about the kiosk not printing on receipts she pretty much just shook her head and shoulders like what am I supposed to do. She is always having a attitude. Well today she had a attitude as always and broke one of the rules on your phone while waiting on oders smh well I think more training needs to be done if you dont want to work stay home.

But I highly commend McDonald's on what they do for children's hospitals and the families that benefit from the Ronald McDonald House. A truly amazing and beneficial charity!!

I have only gotten food here once since their remodel because they NEVER, LITERALLY EVER have their mcCafé drinks available for order through the kiosk or app, the one time i was able to order a frappe with espresso added to it, i get there and they always say they werent able to add the shot to it. Why even have the in-app offers for drinks at this store that you can never actually get.
