The food tastes good at least. The workers there never even talk to you or tell you to have a good day. If something's missing from your order and you simply ask for it, because they already cleared the screen to falsely get their time up, they argue with you that you didn't order it. Show them your receipt and not even a sorry or have a good day. Also I wish they would stop stirring my macchiatos, if I wanted that I would order a latte or a regular coffee. I know it's not a coffee shop but when I worked there there's a guide on how to make each coffee. You can't correct them on it though it's pointless. Also understandable that the frappe machine is down but if you already took my points and sent my order through, Yes ma'am you are allowed to comp me a free coffee in place of the frappe especially since it's of lower value.

Female at food pick up window. Had the nastiest attitude. She ignored me, rolled her eyes, and slammed the window. Why? Because I had ordered a large drink and was given a medium. She should be fired. Her attitude is the reason you lose customers.

Extremely Slow Service at McDonald's
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald's today. I sat in the drive-thru line for about 30 minutes to get my meal, which is absurd for a place that markets itself as a fast food restaurant. Additionally, I waited for over five minutes at the speaker before anyone even acknowledged I was there. This is not acceptable for a fast food establishment, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I will be looking for other dining options in the future, as this level of service is completely unacceptable. Reference: Receipt shows order taken at 9:54 PM. I departed their property at 10:18 PM and I waited at the speaker (for someone to take my order) for over five minutes.

Service person hung up on me multiple times he was lazy
Horrible service. You’re also going to spend a minimum of 20 mins in the drive through every time. We have also been yelled at by workers.

it's not open 24 hours like it says🤦🏽♂️ 3 employee cars in the parking lot but they said they can't serve at 3am🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ waste of time and gas🤦🏽♂️

I come here all the time for my son who is autistic loves his chicken nuggets but today the way I was spoke to going through the drive thru was unacceptable with my kids in the car. I do not deserve to be snapped at and talked over because I was trying to inform them that it was a number 5 and not 2 10 piece chicken nugget. And the guy snapped at me saying he got it but didn't ask for a drink or size had to repeat it 5 times because he just keep saying he got it with the causes I asked for. It took my husband to tell him for him to listen. Work is stressful but the attitude was like he didn't want to be there which I understand I have days like that to but don't take it out on me

I have been in the drive through for 15 minutes and only moved 5 feet.. this is only standing inside for 10 mins without acknowledgement..
Update 3 mins later I ordered and
waiting to pay..
Update i finally got my food and drove away. Not to shabby with a total time of 43mins. I probably won't come back. This is unacceptable.

Just watched an employee tell a couple of customers, dining in, that they were here too longand need to leave. This crazy because the dining room is empty. Employees in the back talking not really working and it’s cold outside. Clearly these two people were paying customer, they had food and drinks. I’m in disbelief.

The drink station is no longer in the lobby. Extremely sad because employees hide in the kitchen, and it's difficult to get their attention for a refil.
Extremely disconnected experience.
They made my burger incorrectly. When asked to correct, they still made it wrong. It's not complicated to make a burger.
