The works experience with the waitresses, we never going back, waitresses are a nightmare, the service it was beyond bad ,in the restaurant and in the bar, I’m talking about the new location in Lakewood, never again,We had a very bad experience., my family wasn’t happy the way they treated us, food tasted like fast food and old, twice we were there., never again . We want to give 0 stars but computer won’t allowed.

I have eaten there twice both times with different friends and we all had a great time. The food is wonderful, service was good and you can not beat the prices. I would not feel wrong about taking anyone here to eat for any reason. For a business luncheon, lunch with friends, dinner with a date. This is a nice place with a nice ambience. MCL

Mis Tres Amigos has been a favorite of my family for years, but my experience tonight was so out of character of the reputation of the restaurant. Disclaimer: I want to make it clear this review is not intended to bash or offend, but it is to hold the two waitresses accountable for poorly handling this situation. After returning home tonight with my to go order I discovered my order was not made right, no big deal. I call and ask if I can have my order remade and was told to bring the food back into the restaurant to be looked at. When I returned to the restaurant and explained the mixup with my order, the waitresses were extremely dismissive and opened my food on the money counter to inspect it. They proceeded to argue that my food was made exactly as I ordered it when that was not the case, and grew increasingly rude over the course of the interaction. Ultimately, I requested a refund due to this experience and was further argued with. At this time, the manager, a gentleman who has been working here many years and who I have known for several years, was incredibly kind and understanding and fixed the order immediately. I’m so glad that while the location has changed, the heart has not gone out of this place.

Yesterday was our first time at this new location. Facility was clean and modern looking, not typical Mexican decor. Nice change. We went late to lunch and was only a couple people eating/bar. By the time we left lots of booths were full and several more patrons at the bar.
Food was good. What I would expect. Childs size lunch was about the same as adult so if you are a senior and you don't eat a lot, this is a great option.

One child had the taco childs plate and said it was great, the other child got an adult size burrito plate and loved it too. I got the chicken street tacos and they were good. I was expecting shredded chicken and was served ground but still really tasty. They have two different kinds of chili relleno so be sure to get the kind you like. No complaints about the food, served quickly and hot. Nothing was overwhelmingly spicy. The salsa they give you with chips was a medium hotness. The chips were hot and great. Looking forward to trying some other dishes there.

Someone needs to learn how to pack to go orders properly! My mexican pizza was put on the bottom of our order! The entire top of the pizza was smashed to the lid! Which was foil! What a mess! Waste of a pizza! So disappointed! Could not get foil off the cheese and meat!

Food was lacking in flavor and that’s what you usually seek Mexican food for. On top of that there’s nothing Mexican about the atmosphere, all dark decore, no authentic or original culture to this place, actually I think they only had one photo up on a wall. Bathroom sinks have faucets that have a printed sign that says swipe on swipe off…well my partner and I both swiped many times and took an additional 5 mins just to get it to turn off. Worst part of the experience is the older waitress that served us, she was extremely unwelcoming or friendly…it was middle of the week and literally only 2 other tables in the restaurant. She checked on us maybe once, but never offered more chips and salsa or refills of drinks. She offered no suggestion on options when I asked her about getting 2 street tacos, seems odd that she told me only option for tacos was 4 or 6 to the point that I had to pick a different item and she still got that order incorrect. She hovered awkwardly during the payment process not sure if trying to ensure a proper tip was given but she spent more time at our table during that process than any other time. I’ve also never had a waitress point their finger to an item on the table and gesture for me to give it to them? One younger woman at the bar was friendly, I appreciated that, and I’ll give one star for how clean the place is - otherwise we won’t be back.

Had a reservation for 8 people at 6:00. Four were children, their ages are 7, 5, 3 and 1. We were not seated until 6:30 and due to the limited waiting area space we had to wait outside. It took 20 minutes to take our order an hour to get our food. It is a nice establishment but they are understaffed and it shows.

Kid-friendliness: They do provide crayons and coloring paper. They need to provide appropriate size drink cups for children.
