However, within view is a photo of the place's manager with famed and late foodie legend Anthony Bourdain. Now if this place has enough "kitchen clout" to gain the respect of an OG like AB, then they must be doing something right. AND THEY ARE! The fried chicken was well-executed in its soy and garlic goodness, but the king dumplings were the stars of the show! Steamed and savory, worth every bite! Add to that a friendly staff who offered complimentary hot tea while I waited, and this place is truly special. Con: Limited seating. Bottom Line: A true diamond in the rough!

This place has really good fried chicken. Great crunch and swimming in sauce. We got the garlic and sweet an spicy. You can get chicken wings or you can get a whole chicken with the sauce on it. The dumplings have potential, They taste real good but they weren't quite steam all the way. The room is very plain there are no posters up, they have a basic table with plastic chairs. If you're looking for atmosphere you're not going to find it here. The people here are nice customer service is good.Kid-friendliness: They gave my niece an inflatable Panda headband

This place has the absolutely BEST fried chicken! Every aspect form the crunch to the juiciness of the meat to the sauce is unbeatable! The Korean style dumplings (pictured) with pork and kimchi are absolutely delicious as well! The service is unmatched and you can tell they love the food that they serve! This place is a gem hidden inside H-Mart!(Half order of chicken and half order of dumplings will feed 2-3 for about 35/45$ total)

I have overlooked this fine little dumpling restaurant in H Mart the times I have been here before but Steve picked up that it was here next to the cash registers from an article I believe. We made it here last weekend and really enjoyed the dumplings we had! Steve got a pork and vegetable dumpling which was very good. I had smaller, vegetable dumplings and those were tasty too but we both agreed that we liked the pork and veggie one better. Portions are big, buffet sizes so you are apt to take some of the food home. You can then steam it for about eight minutes when you want to have them again. You can also buy frozen ones to take home and enjoy as well. Service was prompt and friendly which was an added bonus. Prices are very reasonable and we felt that our dollar was stretched quite a ways since we had two meals with what we ordered.

Recently saw an article featuring this hidden gem, and I hope they continue to get plenty of business. Order at the counter (ring bell if no one there). Wait or go shopping at H mart. Grab food and stuff face. Tried a few different dumplings and entrees, next time I will keep track better and post pics!

Beware, there servings a HUGE! After tiling all day, this place hit the spot. Their Shaomai and soy sauce garlic chicken... *chefs kiss! I'm making this review laying in bed, 4 in the morning with the worst craving. The woman up front, Kelly is the sweetest. Highly recommend! *UPDATE* We literally eat here every weekend, cannot get enough!

It's always the little unassuming places that have the best food and this place is no exception. The dumplings and fried chicken were so good, and the sweet and spicy sauce on the chicken was gold. Can't wait to go back. Service was friendly and she was on top of everything.

It's a simple, unassuming place inside of a H Mart. The dumplings were pretty good, though I wouldn't say spectacular enough to earn 5 stars. The proprietor is a delight and a really nice lady.
A lowkey dumpling place that looks like a mini food court inside H-Mart. This place is quite ubiquitous, with locations in Federal Way and many other locations across California. We tried #9A Korean style steamed dumplings with pork and kimchi. There is radish + garlic and salad as side dishes when we dined in, which is nice, though the salad is a bit too heavy on the mayo. Dumplings are large and very good - I wished it was a bit less mushy but the flavor and fillings are all there. It is served with a dipping sauce that is more on the salty side but pairs very well with the dumplings, so soaking the dumpling with the sauce really enhances the dish. Service is fast and we were in and out of the place in less than 20 minutes, perfect for a quick lunch or meal in general.

Surprisingly good. It's more of a cafe style restaurant being that it's inside a grocery store. The staff was pleasant and the food was a fair amount! Went home with lots of leftovers for 3 items purchase. Where this might not be a destination place it's good food.

An absolutely wonderful hidden gem! We wanted dumplings and were very confused when we were directed to a small restaurant in a grocery store. What a find!! The king dumplings are my favorite and they are HUGE! We have also had the fried rice, fried chicken and other dumplings and loved all of it! We bring our daughter who is a year old and they always have a balloon animal or fun inflatable hat for her! It is a super fun touch from a friendly staff!
