Very bad service we sat on the table the lady on the counter ignored us completely it was not busy. Had to go and ask for service at the counter it felt we are a bother. We'll never to step there again lets go where we are appreciated.

Really good pub food, good options with good service. Bar staff is knowledgeable and provides prompt service on drinks with a smile. Very much enjoy the karaoke, they have a great vibe in this place.

Staff was nasty I ordered tea than after telling them I’ll be searching for my ID because i wasn’t sure if i had it on me they followed me around , i just wanted some tea , both were Karen’s both looked 30+ going on 60

The food and service are actually excellent. It’s a really good pool bar yet. The owner won’t re-felt the table A lot of the Pool players they are talking about switching to a different bar that have better felted tables hopefully, the owner wakes up before he loses his pool players

Came here for my first night out in my new neighborhood. One bartender/waitress for the whole place. Not packed there but busy. Sat forever before I even saw anyone behind the bar then waited while she served the people around me. The beer I got had some extra grit in it. They replaced it but there was something flat / warm about the line. Just a weird experience my first night checking out the neighborhood.

Didn't really know what to expect when I walked in but I was impressed. Definitely an older crowd which put me at ease. They have karaoke here and a ton of people were participating. I had the black berry lemonade cocktail and the chicken wing meal. Both were great! Wings were very well seasoned(impressed) and the cocktail tasted great. This was my first drink in nine months and although, I had a shot of tequila that I chased with the cocktail. I didn't even catch a buzz. Maybe my tolerance is still high or there's not much alcohol in that cocktail.
Anyways, the vibes were great and there are some beautiful women who were in attendance. I'll be going back for sure.

I was denied service simply because a friend went there and he was rude.My question is...Why punish me for someone else's mistake. To make matters worse the lady bartender was very rude as she kicked us out

Went there the bartender was extremely rude and unprofessional due to miscommunication the unprofessionalism continued DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! Do not trust they are two faced and will over charge!!!!!

I have a diabetic alert service dog. I was just refused service and asked to leave being told “the owner does not allow dogs. “ I explained that he was a service dog and there was illegal to refuse service. The bar tender said “it is the owners rules”. The bar tender was very kind. However it is 100% illegal to refuse service to a legitimate service dog! We left! We have only been there a handful of times before but loved the atmosphere and karaoke! We will not be back!

I just turned 21 and went with my husband and for the first bar I went to it was amazing! Karaoke was great and one of the bartenders (Max) was very welcoming and recommended a drink since I’m so new to the scene lol. The drink was amazing and me and my husband loved the atmosphere of this place. We Will definitely be back :)

Always have to go to the bar to order drinks/food!! Staff is always over whelmed with just 2 staff members!!
