we were there for Easter dinner, it was not so crowded. They have a 90-minute limit, the server was taking her time to bring meat out, and she only had our table and the next one. The sides were good, but she didn't look or ask us if we wanted more. I feel that for the price, the service and quality could be better. The gratuity is 18% for 6 people automatically, so that's another adult and a kid plate added to your bill. I am all for paying, but this experience was not worth the tip at all. Plus, we were not there for 90 minutes, and she turned the grill off....so make sure you keep your time to avoid any confusion!

We've been looking at this place the few times we came out to tacoma, but this time, we decided to finally try them. The restaurant is nice and simple. Not too big not too small. Service was awesome. You can do all you can eat or order off their menu. Now, the only disappointment was they're really expensive lunch time, all you can eat is $35ish a person, and dinner time is $45ish a person. The menu is a decent size, but even their menu is pricey. I understand why the prices are high. They do make their food fresh and cook to order, and yes, even the dumplings are made fresh. Also, lol if you're going to order off the menu, heads up postions are huge.Overall, the food was amazing. If you're willing to spend big money, then go for it. We're willing to come back here and just try something off the menu :)

Ate here for my birthday with my family. Servers were grumpy people who have no business working in food service. As all the other reviews already stated, we too, felt unwelcomed. As a Korean myself, I apologize on behalf of everyone. Being from California, I've had never really had any bad experiences with Korean restaurants/grills until this place.Finally, they were REALLY adamant on charging my 2 year old, since they claimed that he ate a lot of food. I pushed back, cause how much can a baby eat to warrant full price?? They realized, and took him off the final bill. Embarassing.

Great food. Very expensive (each of us paid between $57-88 lower end being no drinks), especially in a group of 6 or so. All you can eat was actually limited and service slows down considerably the longer you're there.
Everything was just perfect. Good food and good service. Enjoyed with my non korean co-workers. Best all you can eat k-bbq in town.

Service was terrible had to go find the wait staff to take care of us though they visited all the tables around.Then today looking at bank statements they double charges my account the original cost and the cost with tip added. When I called they hung up on me. Never again been there many times over the year.
