Laura was incredibly patient and lovely.

Idk how the pepper here is so weak????? I had this much pepper and genuinely couldn't taste it. Got a COVID test about it and it came back negative, you just have weak pepper.

All I can say Florida has this location near in a heart beat, the kitchen staff wasn’t to friendly at all besides this one Bree-he-he was cleaning taking care of customers the others were not helping at all with a line of customers… the food in opinion mater my food shouldn’t of reached as much as it did with myself and wife ordering very light the tables were all crummy with food carpet was crummy as well from food chilling on the ground I also had a eye lash on my plate… kitchen up front should learn how to treat customers like a customer. Take notes from chick fil a I’m pretty disappointed in this store.

Weird layout as you walk in. Confusing seating. We both got extreme diarrhea from the steak French dip sandwiches. The sandwiches tasted good, but The dipping sauce seemed off.

Chicken salad sandwich was soggy and lacked flavor. The Cobb salad was drenched in ranch with nearly no topping. Couldn’t even eat it.

First time here! Staff nice, clean, quiet dining but meal bore no resemblance to the advertised fare. Tiny burnt bagel with a hint of bacon, and maybe some steak in there. Disappointed. Actual bagel on left.

Talk about shrink inflation. I always would get a half a sandwich from Panera because if I got a whole sandwich it was way too big. Today I ordered a half a sandwich and I have this little tiny sandwich that I was charged $13 for. Never again.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was really good. No coffee and the only person working on getting the coffee supplied was the one cashier. This is the fault of the manager as there were other employees obviously available to take care of that. With Panera advertising it's Unlimited Sip Club, they should never run out of coffee if they are open for business.

That’s a racist incident that happened me today. I was eating at the restaurant and when I finished eating while leaving, a beggar came in and was taking a cup from the trash. No one said anything to him, but when I told him you can order whatever you want from the food and I will pay for you, while I was ordering the food for him, the employee came and scolded him. I paid him for the food, but she treated him disrespectfully and threw him out. She did not respect me just because I wear a cover on my head and because I am from different culture . If your employees continue with racism, you will lose a lot of customers. please provide training to your employees and teach them how to respect your customers. Never going to eat here again 👎👎👎
