Manager was acting like he was annoyed because I didn't know the details of the offers. He didn't even know the details, not offer any assistance!

The portion sizes are acceptable. The food is really good. But the biggest thing is the customer service and the jams they keep playing. I just came in for a quick meal, and now I'm having the time of my life and getting treated wonderfully.

Paid $40 for dirty tables and slow service. Bad attitudes. One of the worst penera experiences I've had. Very disappointed.

Have yet to have bad food here. sometimes staff just disappears and they have to find someone to take over to call out food and stuff but otherwise great staff.

Came for the fall harvest soup. So good. The reason I'm writing this review is the crew member, Kelli (long red hair, glasses) was SO over and above. She saw our hands full of drinks and offered to deliver our food to the table. I also saw her walking around checking on everybody's meal. Felt like I was at a full service restaurant. This lady should be promoted imo. Loved my experience here!

I stopped in for a cup of coffee yesterday. $3.95 for a refill. I feel that is over priced. I even mentioned I have my own cup and asked if I could be charged for a refill. 3.95 came up. So, I paid. After I get my haircut, I stop back by while I wait on the bus. The lady took the first two customers. Once it's time to take my order. She all in the sudden gets busy and head to the back of the store, so I wait. Then after walking back and forth, not holding one thing, someone asks if I have been helped. I clearly haven't been help, if I am the only standing in front of the register. I respectfully say no ma'am. She takes my order, I explain again I have my own cup, and still gets charged 3.95 for a coffee. This time the coffee was warm, and had coffee grounds in it. That is 7.90 for horrible service and warm coffee. I didn't have time to complain. I just went home. That Lakewood location used to be my favorite panera bread. But the service has deteriorated while the prices have gone up.

I love Panera bread but this location is very consistent with messing up my orders. I almost always have to go back and let them know what they messed up on.

Ordered the caprese sandwich and it was dripping wet with oil or something. It dropped all over my chips. Not the best experience. We've never ever had a problem with any sandwiches or anything at all until this afternoon.

The food here was delicious, piping hot, we had the salad, Mac and cheese, a cup of soup and a loaded BLT along with 3 drinks. We didn't wait too long to get the food. Plenty of parking and the toilets were clean. I wish they gave you a larger portion of the Mac and cheese but good food nonetheless.

Interesting process. Haven't been to a Panera in a LONG time. I ordered online, parked in the 5 min or less, ordered a sourdough bowl and some scone while inside.... took much longer to get the bread bowl and bagged scones than the takeout order. Had to ask one of the folks behind the counter if I pick up the bowl& scones here? Most likely not but she promptly went and got them for me

Food is good, Scone are tasty. Emilia at the register gets 5 stars. Friendly, smiling, just what you want to see. Good job, Emilia.
