Pho Lewis Vietnamese Fusion

The best Taro bubble tea Ive had in such a long time. My husband had watermelon, nit my favorite, but even that was soo good.

If you’re craving a comforting bowl of pho, this place delivers! The pork special pho was absolutely perfect — rich, flavorful broth with just the right amount of spice to warm you up without overpowering the dish. Everything was fresh and well-balanced. I also tried the Thai tea, and it was amazing — smooth, creamy, and just sweet enough. Highly recommend both!

Pho had vegetables in it which I’ve never had at another pho place and the thin sliced beef was precooked which I’m also not used to. Broth was missing something can’t put my finger on what exactly. The fried rolls were Panda Express frozen egg rolls not the usual fried rolls at a Vietnamese restaurant.

Service was fantastic! The food i usually good, but i literally cant eat my food because the restaurant smelled like cigarettes really strong, and bow my truck and my food stinks like cigarettes, the food cigarette is so potent im having a hard time eating it

To be honest I don't think what they serve here should be considered Pho. It did not have a depth of flavor that you expect from Pho. I felt like it was just soup. Also, some of the vegetables in the "Pho" were brown like they were getting old, same with the bean sprouts served to place in the "Pho". I don't think I will be back.

Got my food payed 50 plus for dinner had 2 others in the dinning area so was pretty hopeful then Iwas approached with a box of food thought that was pretty 😍
Get home find a roach I food and in box 👎👎👎👎🥺😅

It was ok. I’ve had better pho. I made the mistake of ordering the ‘special’ pho. Had vegetable like broccoli and stuff in it. Horrible. But once strained that out the pho wasn’t too bad. Couple Korean chicks seem to be running it.

I believe that this restaurant target is primarily military, so I would emphasize the “Fusion”. Great place for quantity over quality.
