Please please please take those air scents things out of the women's bathroom. I walked in and it sprayed and I got a migraine and asthma attack. The scent is horrible and way too strong.

We had pizza and 2 electric ice teas and it was amazingly good.

Ordered the 12 oz steak cooked to medium well and when I got it it was cut in half( butterfly) in two pieces they were both cooked till like shoe leather, when I complain to the management all they said was sorry. Then the line cook came out and started to argue with me about what he had done, after a heated discussion I was asked to leave the RAM and never come back, I used to frequent the ram three to four nights a week, their loss not mine

Resturant was not busy at all just to clarify. Got seated and waited over 15 minutes at our table with no one even acknowledging we were there. The manager just stood by the kitchen chatting with the cooks. I would think he would have stepped up and at least took our drink order or made some kind of effort. Crap service is all I can say. We won't be back. I can see why some of these Resturants have closed down. We ended just walking out. Drove down the street to Applebee's and had a great meal with great service

DATENIGHT AFTER MOVIE LAST NIGHT 6pm: Ordered the Ahi bowl but they were out of rice..so I ordered the boneless chicken wings...which is a 15$ appetizer...the chicken was shaped like meat balls and just a squishy, processed chicken nugget. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME THING AT WENDYS FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! Super disappointed...it's a steakhouse...people expect more. My husband got a burger with mac and cheese on it...the burger was mid...not terrible but not great...hes a burger fanatic...it was cheap food for what they charge tbh. Definitely won't be wasting my money here again. Server was great...was embarrassed for her...who wants to serve bad food to people?

We went to celebrate my son's birthday. It was about 2pm. My fish & chips was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. The 2 steak dinners were not cooked properly. They were chewy not tender. The waitress took our order and we didn’t see her until she brought the bill. Someone else dropped off our food. Service and food was terrible. Our bill was over $100! We won’t be back! I should mention the restaurant was not busy. Just the opposite.

Our server was beyond incredible, especially since we arrived with such a large party. The kitchen did an excellent job on timing - we all ate together, no one was missing anything, and even customizations were perfect. It was impressive. The food was great - their burgers are fabulous. Highly recommend!

Alright, so first things first, the server we had tonight was so sweet and amazing, she deserves 5 stars. I’m leaving her name out of this review because of what happened.
The ram has changed their menu, that’s fine. I wanted a smaller portion of food, something light. I decided on salmon and mashed potatoes. As the system changed, our server was very accommodating and working with the system to get me what I asked for. Because she is amazing and great at her job.
WELL, we get the food, it all tastes great, now it’s time for the check. Here’s where everything takes a turn. The MANAGER, went onto our tab and changed my order to the salmon plate they have on their menu. Which was $10+ more than what I had ordered. The MANAGER did not inform our server she had done this. So when I bring the price difference to our servers attention, the confusion on her face was genuine.
After our server talks to the manager, the manger comes to our table to speak with us. I’m not one to try and work a menu to get anything I want cheaper, I just assumed these would be smaller portions. Essentially the manger is trying to tell me they “cant” change the price, all while giving me the run around, I stated I was not going to pay for the salmon plate, not to be rude but I was aware of what I was going to be Charged when I ordered my food. The manager then adjusts the price to even less than what it should have been... So evidently, they can and the business will continue on. but her telling me to “not come back and order that again” was extremely rude in my opinion. Clearly the salmon plate is aggressively overpriced, and that’s not the servers fault, or even the managers. But the menu clearlyyyyy states the price for an add on of salmon, and the price for a side of mashed potatoes.
All in all, that was whack. Fix the menu, or fix the portions, you don’t have to be a genius to notice things like that on a menu. The company is still making profit on what I did order and pay for, just simmer it down.

Michael Michael Motorcycle is the BEST server and made our dinner SO much better!!! Food was great!!
