Rational Chaos
Overall it’s not the nicest place with the atmosphere being the best of all they have to offer. Music was a tad bit loud. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. We had a steak which was chewy and the fish was greasy. Breaded Cauliflower was delicious though! We decided not to try the dessert. If you want to feel comfortable and look at nice surroundings then this is the place to go. If you want to eat good food while in nice surroundings then you might want to reconsider. It’s a lot of money to pay for food that could be better. I won’t go again.

Was not thrilled with the service at first. They forget drinks and then not stopping by the table that often. Questing the size of the wine they brought me. The server wasn't happy about that. The service started getting better after that.
Food was good and came out quick, but the wait time for both my alcoholic beverages was a lil unreasonable especially when it wasn't busy. And if im paying 11 bucks per drink I better alteast have a buzz. I couldn't even taste a hint of liquor in mine or my wife's drink. Nor could we feel anything, we do not drink very often so going out for a drink leaves us with a buzz. I felt more from 2 applebees margaritas vs Ram's maragita and spiked lemonade.

My husband and I went there tonight and the were not any employees in site when we walked in. No greeter, nobody in the kitchen and no waiters. When were went in the bar there were a lot of customers and a lot of employees. We sat at a table near the bar as the employees were working and talking. We sat there for 8 minutes and non of them acknowledge our presence. We finally got up to leave. Now there was one person in the kitchen and a greeter. I asked the greeter if there was a manager there that I could speak with. She told me that she was not sure if there was a manager there. My husband and I gave up and left. We went to red Robin not only did they greet us, they attended to us promptly. Awesome service. way to go Red Robin!

Went here for a farewell for a Soldier getting out of the Army. A member of our group forgot their drivers license at home and gave their Military ID to show they were over 21 (actually 24), the ID was refused by the bar tender and the manager (Wyatt) even with the other 8 Soldier's verifying it was real, including 3 senior Soldiers. We were rudely dealt with minus one server (a female waitress) afterward. I like the Ram brand but I will not visit this branch again.

We just happened to stop by on their 53rd anniversary celebration. Your first burger was only $2.00!!! Cooked to perfection too.

Definitely try the armadillo eggs- they do not disappoint!There is a bar area towards the back (adults only) and a large restaurant side that is perfect for groups and families. Both sides offer the same menu.Staff are always friendly and available to answer any questions you may have.

On 02/21/2024 my husband and I went to Ram for a quick lunch. Ordered a few burgers to go. We requested our burgers to be cooked well done. Once we had left, I took a bite of mine and promptly spit it out. It was RAW. I will not return to this restaurant. I will say the staff was friendly enough. I wasn't able to return the food since I had a doctor's appointment to get to, but I did call to report the problem. I was told they wouldn't be able to give me a refund.. you severed me a raw burger and wouldn't refund the money?

No idea what happened to all the old reviews on here because there were like thirty. This place is awesome though. I go here to sit in the bar with friends for a low key guys night and I go here with the whole family to sit in the restaurant, everyone loves it. They almost always give my daughter a balloon which makes a three year olds day and they let me sample the new seasonal brews before I decide which one I want. Love this place.Update Feb 2024. Still a great place overall. Fun local bar for Lakewood regulars.
