This is somewhere I take my son on dates still. He is 16 and we have been going here since he was a toddler. Staff is great. They are very attentive.

Server seemed annoyed from the start, asked for ranch but received campfire, asked for bottomless garlic fries ($3 for steak fries with minced garlic, not good at all) with my burger but got charged for them, and I was in uniform but they didn’t give me a military discount. Overall, I’ll chop it up to the server, not the location, but regardless I won’t be returning.

Don't make the mistake of coming g here for your birthday burger..... mentioned my birthday a few times and sever didn't welcome me or simply say "happy birthday"

Horrible service. The gal that seated us was great. But after that we got no service at all. We just sat there for 15 mins with not one person saying I’ll be right with you or anything. To top it off, there was no one really there. So it wasn’t busy at all. Idk why I even try to go to this place anymore. It’s not the same service anymore!! Sad 😢

I recently took my son to Red Robin, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had there. Our waitress, Breana, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly attentive, and I practically didn’t have to ask for anything the entire time.
Whenever we were running low on drinks, they were replaced before I even had to mention it. She also replenished napkins without us asking, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we finished our meals and had some leftovers, Breana brought over take home trays without me even needing to ask.
The food itself was hot, fresh, and delicious, but what really stood out was Breana’s exceptional service. She made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. If the manager reads this, I hope they know what an asset Breana is to their team. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon, thanks to her amazing service!
