On the section of Food, I wanted to give them a 4.5, but there are not half points. So I think it would be fair to give 5. Why the half point short? because they need to increase the number of options on the menu. For example, the sides and desserts. I ordered the octopus and my wife the scallops. With two sides (Rajas and Esquite), by the way. If you are not into spicy food, don't pick the first side.We went to the bar, great environment and music. The quality of the service is just excellent. It's one of our favorite restaurants now. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids here.

Food and service was exceptional. I removed the steak from the lava stone to prevent my steak from continuing cooking. The zabuton steak cooked rare was fantastic!

This restaurant was amazing! We were treated so well and taken care of. The food was out of this world! Our server and the other staff were all wonderful!!! I highly recommend this restaurant for a great steak! The bread, butter and sauce board are so yummy! Great wine as well!!! The ambiance was unique and romantic. The way they bring your food out and display it is like something I have never experienced! Run, don't walk! Go enjoy yourself a great meal!

I went here very excited since it's a restaurant that I've been wanting to try. Their hours posted state that they close @ 11am on Sundays. Side note, my husband and I never get a nice date night together because we always struggle to find a babysitter. So it's been months since we've been able to dress up and go out for a nice dinner. Anyways, We showed up to the restaurant at 9pm, and was told their chefs were leaving for the night and all they could provide for dinner would be a steak. I came here on my birthday 3/17 with my husband and we ended up leaving disappointed. Even the chefs were outside of the parking lot in their cars ready to leave looking into the restaurant laughing while waiting to find out if we were staying or not even though that would not have changed the face of them staying or not. It was an awkward first impression and honestly very very unprofessional. My husband and I then sat in our car for 10+ mins trying to figure out a last minute restaurant to go to celebrate my 30th birthday that evening. Very sad about the situation. The experience will definitely live on and be remembered since it was something I was looking forward to on my birthday. I had a birthday outfit hair done everything. But unfortunately the restaurant we chose to eat at that night was not apart of the plan. Please fix your hours on your website to reflect your actual true hours.

I'd give 4.5 stars. The steaks were very good. Cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Drinks were really good too. I think there should be a few more options for sides and there should be more chicken options for people like my wife who prefer chicken over Beef. I will definitely be back to try more of the steaks. The service was good and the ambience is very nice and Clean. I highly recommend trying Rey Carbon

Our first visit, and we have mixed feelings. The menu isn't the usual steak, baked potato and salad experience. Those don't exist here. Instead, the side dishes are grilled mixed veggies, which were great, a variety of corn dishes, and a plantain tamale. There were many dishes that we had never heard of, and it would have been nice for someone to explain them to us. The steaks were excellent, as was the grilled veggie side and tortillas. Drinks were good, as well. Service, however, was incredibly slow! It took us 30 minutes to get our first round of drinks! We asked for our check 3 times, and still had to go up front to get it straightened out. Overall, we will give them another try. Hopefully their wait staff will be better trained.
Wow! One of the best dinners I have had in a long time! I was very impressed with the atmosphere, service and skillfully crafted dishes. The dishes that were smoked table side were VERY cool and added a chic element to the whole meal. The scallops were cooked to perfection. The little breads and sauce that came out to start were tasty and a unique spin on table bread. The service really felt first class. They even cleaned our place settings in between courses. Overall EXCELLENT. Will most certainly be back! Loved the street corn side. One constructive criticism I found through out the meal was that the tortillas were over cooked. They had a slightly burnt flavor. Even ones not smoked. Crispy and over done can be tricky. Would most definitely visit again though.
