They close at 9 PM but close their blender down at 8:20 PM so you can't order any bubble teas. Why pay employees or stay open if you won't even make a blended drink. 40 minutes before closing. This is like the 5th time we have come and they won't serve a blended drink. They used to have the best bubble tea but now you can't even pay for one unless you come an hour before closing.

My boyfriend and I love coming here anytime we’re the area! Love the tiramisu latte, the atmosphere is calm and friendly and the staff are really nice. I appreciate them giving out military discounts as well as not many small businesses do.

Ordered a large Dalgona “Latte” but received a 16 oz cup of milk with a cm of their dalgona flavoring. Received no coffee. When politely asked for a remake with more flavor, they refused.

2nd time this has happened drove across town to sol boba was my favorite bubble tea spot until tonight. I get there with them still having a hour till close I walk in a gentlemen named hon said just so you know we are closing soon and can’t serve you anything. Well kinda odd to be open till 9pm and close everything down at 8pm just to stand around for a hour and do nothing. Again use to be my favorite tea spot and this being the 2nd time this has happened for sure won’t be coming back and for sure won’t be telling any of my friends it’s a good spot anymore.

Had a few issues at this location but still went back for certain drinks. Went in tonight 45 min before they closed and Han said they are not serving and boba drinks for the rest of the night because he cleaned already lol . Plenty of other shops in the area that care about customer service .

I've been here a few times before writing this review. Not only are the drinks very yummy, they also have great customer service. I ordered a drink with no toppings, but they accidentally charged me for a topping, so they gave me another drink for free. How nice!
Came here late at night with my two friends. We ordered 4 drinks, two of the drinks tasted like water. It's unfortunate that the quality of the drinks has dropped from it's usual quality. Very disappointed since Sol boba usually has no quality issues. Will update review once this matter has been resolved...
