The Main Street Starbucks in Lakewood has a great crew of employees. The food/drinks are consistent, the baristas are friendly and personable, and the drive-through wait is usually short even during busy times.
I just went through the drive thru, and received the worst customer service ever. I have been buying coffee here for almost 4 years. The girl at the order board was so rude, that I couldn't even order a 2nd drink. I just drove through and left! I am now boycotting this location. they have known my wife and I by name basis.
