This is the worse of the worse Starbucks coffee shops. They will mess up your drink and act dumb about it. The Hispanic young man screwed up my order in a previous visit as well as today. When I I confronted him about the mistake, the blonde barista named Arin started scolding me that I can’t treat him like that. She has no customer relations training and didn’t know how to defuse the problem. Kinda of a laugh when she ask me if I wanted a refund and I said yes. I tried to hand her back the screwed up drinks and she closed the drive thru window like I was going to throw the drinks at her. She must have had it happen to her with the attitude she puts on. Michael the shift mgr gave me my refund, but if you want crappy service and screwed up drinks, this is the place to go.

The coffee and cookie was fine, as usual for Starbucks, but the music was way too loud for casual conversation, and the seating is limited—seven small tables with two chairs each, and a wall booth seating area with two small tables and two chairs. No privacy to talk. Parking can be limited, shared with other stores. A friend and I were meeting halfway between our homes, having chosen a Starbucks location for its coffee familiarity to us. We won’t use this location again.

The only Starbucks coffee I ever get is the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew. I usually make my own coffee but it’s hard to recreate this specific coffee at home. But every time I get cold brew coffees at this specific location, it’s so inconsistent. Pretty much every Starbucks is inconsistent but this location messes up EVERY TIME. I gave this spot at least 3 times to get it right (once I had to go inside and have them remake it). I just can’t come to this location any longer even though it’s on my way to work, grocery stores, etc.

i have ordered twice from this location now, and not only have i received the wrong items BOTH times, but service has been slow, and my “warmed” food has been cold both times. super disappointing, but its worth traveling an extra mile to go to a different location with better quality and service.

I waited too long after ordering for at least 30 minutes, while another whole family came in and got there 5 minutes after arriving 20 minutes after me. I don't know if it was because I was Hispanic or not but from what's been happening lately I felt like that could be the cause of it.
