I love how they write positive messages on the coffee cups. I was having a bad headache and morning but Cynthia, working the drive thru, met me with such kindness and had a small chat with her that left me smiling - going the extra mile does make a difference! 😁💗☕️

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Girl wasn’t nice or made me feel welcome, the pumpkin cold foam wasn’t even foamed properly and could hardly taste the pumpkin. Also I asked for a grande and got a tall :’) literally just wanted a pick me up and this made me more sad. Not the “second place” Starbucks boasts about at all.

This is the second or third time I have been to the Starbucks and every time I’ve had a horrible experience the younger staff that worked there are very rude. They don’t have a sense of urgency today I watch this young lady bring up a customer and then tell me she’s closed so she did not have to serve me, disappointed that this location is inside of a Target!

They mess up my order almost everytime I'm there which is often since i work next door. Today they used my stars when i just asked them to give me th stars from my purchase. Now I can't get my drink that I've been saving my stars for that costs $8 but they gave me a $5 gift card whoop di doo. Hate this starbucks. Most the girls gave an attitude problem

I come into this Starbucks every evening and get charged for 4 ounces of cream on the side which is supposed 2 be free mariam has no business working there very rude I've explained that 4 ounces of cream is free she refuses 2 listen also she cleans the pump 2 early as they don't close until 8 I've talked with the manager Mona I think that's how it's spelled and she's useless the crew there has changed towards my mom and me I know Starbucks is policy 4 ounces of cream is free they need 2 get rid of mariam she's useless and rude

Hannah had a serious attitude problem when taking people's orders and Everytime she asked what people wanted instead of starting off saying we are out of this or that And only have this size available had a nasty attitude saying we're out of all of that. Maybe you should put signage up or let customers know before asking what their orders are.

The employees are really the only thing this place had going for it, place was clean, everyone was very nice, overpriced as hell though.
