I just to go there when they have other employees but now the don't have same young nice people and change management is terrible service customers experience i ever have my life they don't speak English or understand any word you say ....never go back there 0000 star

Its under new management and the people are extreme penny pitchers i asked for extra pickles and I get a total of 7 pickles on it im eating it rn and all I can taste is the tuna and bread

The person a new guy who is working in night doesnt know how to treat customers nicely the girls who used to work earlier were so nice and they said they dont have veg pattie thats so disappointing

They have a no customer policy prior to 1000pm (so I was told on site). My friend had a baby and only wanted subway after delivery. I made it to this location right at 0949 just to get told “I’m not taking no customers after them” (referring to the 2 that were being served).

Please highlight your policies on Google search so customers don’t waist their time and resources driving to the location prior to closing.

Ok when I first walked in I almost turned around and walked out. Partly due to the 3 extremely difficult customers ahead of me but also the girl working the counter. I'm glad I stayed cause what I didn't know is the girl (Trinity) closed then opened so she was tired but the way she held her composure w these three really eye twitching customers was better than I could have even on a good day. So go her for being tired and calm even tho it took way longer than it's ever taken for a sandwich, that was not due to her work performance.

In walked April.. she is a force of nature. Triple tasked the second she walked in. Made small talk with the waiting customers (oh wait it was just me) as she was putting more dough in the oven before she helped me as Trinity was trying to finish up w her customers. She's a wonderful human, very very personable and just illuminates great people aura. If I return to this subway it would be because of her.

Thank you both for making me see there are good people AND that I shouldn't have just assumed Trinity hated her job. Kudos to her for being chill w that storm.

Not a fan of employees who can't handle simple things.
Staff was passive agressive simply bcause I wanted my meat toasted off my bread as I like it to be done but this became a struggle for the staff who acted like they couldn't get the meat on the bread but then proceeded to flip the meat onto the bread whaile saying *ya I'll never making this sandwich again just saying* As to inform me not to come back & or never to ask for a custom sandwich witch is the whole subway experience.
I've asked this of many subways and its never a problem nor is it rocket science for most so it's frustrating when a simple task turns into a complex issue the makes the employee sigh & act passive aggressive to avoid even working a lil harder then normal.

April and all of her staff are AMAZING!! I work very close to this location so I come in frequently. I always have the same quality sandwich and always leave happy! I can’t say enough positive things about this location!!! Keep up the good work!!

Did a online order and asked for extra of a few different veg. Did not get the extra. While I wasn't charged it's kinda dumb retaliation on the employees part because I didn't include a tip for a pickup order.

Glad I didn't tip. This is why I didn't tip. I won't be tipping next time I order from here either.

Bring back the veggie patty.

The sandwich was delicious, and the girl who made my sandwiches was so nice ! She kept conversation flowing so there was no awkward silence while waiting for my food. I'll definitely be returning to this location! ?
