Sugar Bones Tacos

To crowed messed up my order 3 times in one week

Absolutely no service, sat inside for 15min and nobody said a word to me. On top of that they didn't have everything for my burrito. I highly suggest you make the drive to 72nd and park ave in tacoma for authentic food and good service.

The tacos were so flavorful and had a cilantro green sauce on top that was delicious! One of the few places in the area that have a meatless and dairy free option so I have been wanting to try them out for a while and we will definitely be back. The food is fire and the service was friendly and inviting.

There's no place like Sugar Bones Tacos anywhere in Lakewood, Tacoma, or Seattle, Washington. The food here is crafted to perfection. I've tried the entire menu, and every item does not disappoint. However, I usually stick to my favorite when I’m craving tacos.

The esquites — if that's how you spell it — the corn in a cup, are the best in the entire state. My last favorite was in Yucatán, Mexico, but the one here at Sugar Bones is even better!

Great tacos and burritos. Staff is friendly and responsive. We've eaten in twice and picked up once. Each time has been excellent.

My husband and I were disappointed. Not enough seasoning in the food. I got the taco plate and it was bellow average. The tortillas were not prepared or heated correctly like the authentic Hispanic restaurants. The corn in the cup did not feel fresh. The restaurant is really cute though. The decoration is cute.

Overall amazing experience! I stop at Mexican restaurants and taco trucks all around the south Puget Sound and Sugar Bones may well be the top of my list. I ordered a three taco plate with three different proteins for lunch. Each protein came with its own unique garnishes and flavors that were all delicious. My only nitpick was for the 15-20 minute wait to get my food, but that was a small price to pay for everything that came after. I’ll definitely be back.
