All these reviews had me so excited. It was fine, but nothing to write home about. The spicy karaage was good, with a sweet heat, but the sushi rolls were average. The miso soup and salad were also average. My biggest complaint is the chopsticks- they were terrible quality. The prices were really confusing, but the staff were nice at least.

Honestly I love this place? I have always loved ordering from here and almost always get 8+ sushi rolls when I do... I was disappointed today.. really didn't have much fish or anything but rice... the avacado was brown which I could get around since I do love this place.. but tonight was the first time ever I thought about switching sushi places...I would honestly pay them more for better product, I understand the economy. Just was really sad tonight with how everything turned out..I love you guys just please do better and if it's because of the price just up it.. you undercut almost every sushi place out there by like 5.00 a roll but I'd still purchase from you for what I've always expected of you.. still delicious rolls honestly you make good stuff but just isn't the same As what it used to be.

We ordered a platter that lists various nigiri sushi. Unfortunately, there were only rolls and not even rolls specified on the platter menu. For $80 I got more California rolls than I can eat in a life time. This is place is off my list, I will never come back here. What a scam!My husband was picking up. He said the people were very unfriendly and not busy.

The sushi is BOMB (fantastic). Somehow the workers remember everyone's faces so they give the orders to the right people. Service was fast and prices were amazing compared to other sushi places of similar quality.

Just ordered Karaage to go. What a horrible. It is burned. Smell and taste like eating burned and overcooked chicken. Used to be very good place. After ownership changed, this place is sucks. No customer service mind. Should be tell me this food comdition before I picked up. Never going back again.

Inside Pal-Do World Market, this small sushi restaurant is located in the grocery store's food court with several other options. To date, I've never received a meal with something wrong. They're very consistent, and almost everything comes with a salad and soup. Rice is always on point, prices are exactly right, they even do large party platters if you call ahead. If I'm grabbing sushi after work to take home, it's here!Vegetarian options: There's more than enough to choose from, the higher priced rolls are more substantial, but the lower priced ones are simple yet delicious. They're always happy to box meat and veggie rolls separate if you ask! (I've had them do it even when I forget to ask)

Regretful review, this is for those that remember Sushi-Niwa from a year ago and beyond. The previous owners have left, since then the quality has gone down across the board, fish portions have diminished, rice has been undercooked, service has declined. Could be growing pains or I’m just going have to accept that it will never be the Sushi-Niwa I used to love.

Don't order the kaarage, it was super dry and inedible.. never had kaarage like this ever. The miso soup was lukewarm with nothing suspended in the tepid water. Miso paste and warm sink water. I'm beyond disappointed.

Really good sushi everytime. Usually really great customer service. Today was a little off in that dept but the sushi was still good. Also the prices in the online menu are quite a bit cheaper than what they charge when you get there, So keep that in mind.
