I placed a mobile order because my truck doesn’t fit easily in the drive through. The app said it would be ready in about 8 minutes. 8 minutes later I walked in and it was almost 30 minutes after ordering before I asked an employee, who found that the orders of at least some of us were who had been standing here this whole time hadn’t even been put in their system.
The food was good and they did quickly get my food to me after inquiring about it, but I am not impressed by having to stand around for such a long time without it being noticed.

Came here only because they brought back the Carmel Apple Empinada, and was seriously disappointed!! Was a smaller version of the CAE, more expensive,and was luke warm, as it was made much earlier. Sad day 😞

Waited for an entire hour after ordering my food
Walked up to the counter after 15m and asked where my food was, i received no answer and continued waiting while the people i came with, people after me and door dash workers picked up food while i was making eye contact and acknowledging the workers with gestures. After an hour of my time and my parties time waiting with me was wasted, we left.

genuinely the best taco bell i’ve ever been too properly staffed at 11pm on a monday everything came out quickly hot, neatly packed, with extra sauce and napkins truly a pleasure thank you staff!
How hard is it to put sour cream on a taco? How hard is it READ the screen while making tacos? 🤨 or are you all to busy talking and jizzing off and smoking weed on your break that you’re too zonked to remember what goes where??? DO BETTER..and to think they are fake when asking you to do survey…
