“Joe, i have worked for Pjs for a total of 7 months over 3 stores and they always use portioning cups. When you go up in toppings, including extra cheese, the amount of everything goes down. Still probably had 2 full cups of mushroom, 1 cup of sausage, and likely 36 pepperoni. cant remember anymore as i dont work for pjs any longer“
