I am sharing my disappointing experience at this establishment, which will likely deter me from returning. The total cost for two adults, including gratuities, amounts to $120.
Regarding the service, we experienced a 10-minute wait before being seated. Upon seating, the setup was incomplete, with only water and menus provided after 30 minutes. Notably, the menu specifies a 60-minute time limit, creating an immediate sense of urgency.
When our server inquired about our preferences, I requested a sampling of all buffet items. Although she seemed perplexed, she assured me that it was acceptable to try everything.
To summarize my review, throughout our dining experience, we received only half of our requested items, with frequent forgetfulness from the staff. Additionally, the complimentary soda required multiple requests. It appeared that the staff was overwhelmed on a Saturday.
For prospective patrons, I recommend visiting during the weekdays.

The customer service was really amazing! The owner and server both checked up on us many times to ask if we wanted more side dishes, refilled our hot tea frequently, and were very kind! Also their side dishes were sooo good and there were so many kinds! Plus the food was incredible. Highly recommend.

In town from North Dakota and had never had Korean bbq, was very intimidating walking in but our server was fantastic and walked us through the food and how to go about cooking it at our table. Was a blast to do, the food was great and the service was probably the best part. I’ll be back next time we come to visit.

Terrible service from one specific lady. She would try to act nice and smile and ask if you needed stuff but when you do ask for something she comes back with so much attitude. Once we mention one thing we need shes gone before you can even finish what else you need, doesn’t respond or say okay or anything just leaves. I asked for scissors and she came back and very rudely dropped the scissors at the edge of the table and proceeded to cater to the table next to us. Literally my whole table stopped eating and looked because what she did and how she did it was that noticeable. This lady spoke enough english to understand what we were ordering but when my friend asked for kimchi pancake in english she looked at me and said what? and i had to say it in Korean for her. We asked for a high chair and the lady said it’s over there and simply left, typically most restaurants have servers that are kind enough to bring you the high chair since your hands are full with the children.
Not sure if this lady didn’t like that my friends weren’t Korean or that we brought little children with us.
There was another lady that checked in on us when that other lady wasn’t around and she was super kind. But that one lady really did make the whole dinner terrible.
Food- we had kimchi pancake, yukgye jang, pork katsu, la kalbi and cold noodles. Considering the price of each, the flavor was meh. Katsu was pretty dry. Kimchi pancake was crumbling and not full of kimchi flavor. Yukgye jang the flavor just wasn’t there. We asked for one to have no gosari and it still came with it. If it cant be taken out we would’ve ordered something else.

I have a business myself and can't imagine treating a customer that way so best of luck to this restaurant conducting business with that kind of attitude.

Korean grill was very good. Fun place to enjoy some delicious food. The meat selection for all you can eat is a good variety. They stay open late. Fast service. Parking lot is a little dark but not creepy.

The atmosphere is nice we have not try the grill when we go there we just order individual or ala cart but so far the food is great and the service is good too i like that even your not doing the grill they still give you side dishes in your ala cart order

Will have to say my experience here was quite bad considering it was for my birthday dinner with my family. Spent about $300 here and with the first waitress we had asked for a bigger table and she gave us attitude not know we would be ordering a lot of food and miss judged us. It got better as another waitress had came to give us good customer service compared to the first waitress. Thought my birthday dinner was getting better at the moment. We paid and tipped quite generously and then after we had asked for to go boxes. The first waitress came back and said she would have to charge us for the to go boxes and ruined the night and was exceptionally rude. If you are going to charge for the boxes you should inform us before hand and not after we had paid!!!! Thank you to the 2nd waitress who made my experience not so bad and for being kind but as for the 1st waitress, you are in the wrong field of work. Food was all bland and was not good. If I could give this place no stars I would definitely do so if it was possible. Quality of food was bad and customer service was quite horrible for what the money paid. Will have to say me and my family, friends and everyone I know will not be returning to this restuarant as it had failed to meet any expectations. There were bugs on our table and was a total disappointment.
