I went to this location ordered a $7 biggie bag on wendesday 4/10/24, with an order of chili cheese fries on the side. Key words there: On the side. I arrived at the window, received my meal, missing the fry that comes with the Biggie bag deal, one napkin, no fork for side of chili cheese fries. I waited. Tried to get someone's attention. Eventually the associate came back to the window. I explained that I'm missing the small fry. She tried to tell me that the side order means no small fry. That's absolutely incorrect. Unless the customer specifically states they dont want the fry, the fry comes as part of the value meal deal. I love my potatoes and have ordered this combo for years. She reluctantly gave me the small fry after I told her that, with no apology, grimace on her face. And still no fork that I also asked for.You guys need to retrain your staff in customer service as well as making orders properly. Last time I was here prior to this I ordered a Baconator meal which automatically comes with 2x patties to be asked "single or double?" How is it that not a single person there knows the menu? Even on the website there is a clear description of the baconator meal as it comes.

Screw this place and any other place that has no respect for uber drivers. They lock their lobbies instead of working with us and allowing to come in and pick up orders. we shouldn't have to wait in the damn drive thru line in the middle of the day and being under staffed is a cop out! I'll be canceling every order from wendys from now on. I think other drivers should do the same

My husband and I stopped by to grab a bite before going on to see a show. The restaurant had maybe 2 tables with customers eating and the drive-thru didn't look super busy. We decided on our meals. The young man at the counter was there, then gone, then back again. We ordered our meals withoutreallyever being looked at, then, after paying but before my receipt popped up, he was gone again. As I was leaving the counter to fill my beverage, I saw him again on his phone looking extremely distracted.That was it. The only reason for the missing star. The employee separation from the dining area just seemed too disconnected which is probably why the employee felt so comfortable to give his phone far more attention than the customers or any other duty he might have had.The food was fast and fresh. The restaurant and tables were clean and the cups, napkins, condiments area was clean and well stocked.

This place is overall great when it comes to the food but when it comes to the employees doing their job ehhh it’s a different story. The lobby is always closed. Which I think because they don’t feel like opening it and dealing with the people. They end up putting up a sign that has a fake excuse. It’s a constant thing. Idk if the owner knows this but the owner should know what their employees are doing. Do better guys. If you don’t want to do your job that you got hired to do then work somewhere else.
