In and out even though customer service was sub par for acknowledging your in there to order. However and I don't think it's the cooks fault maybe ? But our wings were dryer than the Sahara desert one didn't even look like the meat was even there anymore they were so dry I thought we got reheated wings . I thought once this was a off day tried again twice same but gluton for punishment cause I tried a third Same dry old wings :( I'm sad because in Texas we went to wing stop and it was the most delicious experience ever I was for sure I'd get it here but no

Went during Superbowl, definitely not the time to order cause the wait was "a whole bunch of unnecessary", however the staff was diligent and worked through it.

Would've been nice if they put sauce on my chicken. Got home and maybe half the chicken had sauce. My fault for not double checking someone's work I guess.... Isn't that a manager's job though...???? (Guess not)

Feathery leathery death of my once favorite take out spot. The wings are over cooked and the bones shattered on many wings, i could look the over cooked part but the meat quality was bad i could see feathers fried on all over and the brown bubbly marrow and tinly glass like bone fragments made me throw out half an order of my once favorite treat. This location is bad but i fear the whole franchise could be bad if the meat they are sourcing is going to other locations too.

They keep messing up my sauces which is driving me crazy cause when I call to say hey you gave me the wrong sauces they're like oh we are sorry wanna come in and get the correct ones I'm like no that's why I ordered delivery I just want you to stop doing it ranch is not bluecheese and spicy korean is not buffalo.

Came in on a Wednesday at 11:30 am and you have a guy greeting with a really good attitude, "welcome to wingstop, let me know when you are ready to order" but ten times nicer than just reading it here haha.

Seems like there is good team working here, if I were the manager I'll be looking out for them, getting some raises because they are very good, excellent 👍

I love wingstop. To the point that where I live in Oregon I get it atleast once a month if not more. I order at this location a often because i visit my family from here. For some reason this location always has some sort of issue with the food. They often don't follow or do the opposite of my extra seasoning on fries request and the bone in wings have been very dry recently with little meat on the bones.

Today was particularly bad. Bought the 30 piece bone in bundle and asked for original hot wings, only carrots, and extra fry seasoning. The wings for starters were barely edible. The skin on parts were so hard that it hurt and the meat itself was so dry even with ranch on it. The fries were not only undercooked but had little to no seasoning and we got carrots and celery and not just carrots.

I work in fast food. I get it. But this place always has issues and is significantly worse than other stores I have tried. Please please please get it together.

Why do you keep giving me raw French fries? This is the 4th or 5th time in the past two months. Tonight, you even gave me Honey Mustard instead of cheese… I’ve been ordering from here for years, and I assume there was a change of ownership at some point, like the 38th location and it’s just gone really downhill.

I’m a Wingstop lover, but I have to honestly review this location because the food could be so much better. I’ve ordered at this location 3 times, the problem is my food came over seasoned and was way too salty. 2/3 times I ordered here, so I’d rather go to the 38th st location.
