Came in for the free wings.
Was told I’d need to order a 10-wing combo for the promo to apply, which is not true per the online terms. I went ahead and ordered the 10 wings, and they still charged me for the 5 wings. They refused to give me a refund and instead said they’d give me 5 additional wings for free.

Mind you, a food item that was supposed to be free has now increased to $20. I asked them to void the entire transaction — they still refused. I ended up leaving paying $20 with no food.

Will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge and will never be returning.

Expensive!!!

First off I wanna say night crew is always killing it, I’ve been here when it’s busy and even if the time is long they’re ver honest about it and the food is always amazing, this is one of the few fast food places I can eat at and it’s worth it

If you want over priced food that gives you horrible diarrhea then this is the place for you. My wife got wings and I got tenders and we both got equally sick. Eat here at your own risk

Just ordered a 6 piece wing combo. I got 5 wings and they weren’t even what I ordered.

Had a hankering for wings. Placed an online order. Drove 30 minutes, only for my order not to be even started. The worker had to ask me if I wanted my food started. After waiting 30 more minutes, they still got my order wrong. I ordered 10 boneless, 10 regular wings. Received only boneless. If you want wings, just go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it. Pretty sure I also heard labor law violations being discussed by management. Honestly the whole experience felt like a fever dream

I got 16 boneless wings and 6 chicken strips with a side of fries for only 24$. 8 of the wings were Louisiana hot, they were perfect. Juicy in the inside and crispy on the out. The other 8 wings were Cajun and they were juicy but not crispy, also couldn’t tell they were Cajun. They tasted straight up like Buffalo wings. Got 3 sweet chili glaze strips and they were crispy and juicy. The other 3 were the smoky hickory bbq and they were juicy but not crispy. I also got a side of fries seasoned with hot honey rub and they heavily seasoned them (which I like). The ranch cups are a good size. I had to go back in the store to ask for forks and napkins. Would give this a 3.8/5 stars.

Awful, we ordered 12 wings, garlic parm and hot honey. Absolutely none of them were seasoned or had any sauce and they were extremely dry and hard. So annoying that I paid $40 for this bs just for it to taste like dehydrated deer ankles

In and out even though customer service was sub par for acknowledging your in there to order. However and I don't think it's the cooks fault maybe ? But our wings were dryer than the Sahara desert one didn't even look like the meat was even there anymore they were so dry I thought we got reheated wings . I thought once this was a off day tried again twice same but gluton for punishment cause I tried a third Same dry old wings :( I'm sad because in Texas we went to wing stop and it was the most delicious experience ever I was for sure I'd get it here but no

Went during Superbowl, definitely not the time to order cause the wait was "a whole bunch of unnecessary", however the staff was diligent and worked through it.

Would've been nice if they put sauce on my chicken. Got home and maybe half the chicken had sauce. My fault for not double checking someone's work I guess.... Isn't that a manager's job though...???? (Guess not)

Very poor quality. Wings barely have any sauce, fries were burnt. You get sub-par food for the money
