Really nice spot for lunch or coffee with friends. You can go next door and shop for your garden after eating. Or vice versa. Lovely offerings in both regards.

Ordered an Apple fritter and when the waitress brought it to our table it was literally sitting in a 1/2 inch of oil. The food was not good overall.

Cozy neighborhood cafe, friendly service and very helpful in making suggestions for dietary requirements.

Cute coffee, but outrageous prices. $17 for a basic tuna-sandwich. Seriously?

Nestled in a red barn. Inside is modern and has simple decor. Lots of seatings inside and outside. Good photo spots! Service was fast. Drinks were ok.

Really enjoyed this! I came here for an early business meeting & it was great! I had the Chia Pudding and a yummy matcha!

The Flower House Cafe is definitely worth the hype - we stopped in on a typical, rainy PNW fall day and the tomato soup and grilled cheese combo was the perfect way to warm up and fuel up! The toffee almond latte was incredible and all the food was out super quick (which was extra surprising considering we were with a large group)! There was plenty of outdoor seating but not much space inside; luckily the weather wasn't too bad out of the rain. Definitely will be coming back when we're on the island again!

Beautiful space. Some tasty baked goods. But my sandwich was mediocre at best. Left half uneaten despite being hungry.

Food, drinks, atmosphere! This was such a delightful stop during my trip to Whidbey Island. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu, and they had both savory and sweet items to enjoy. My partner and I shared an olive oil cake slice, a chia pudding with fresh fruit, a side of fingerling potatoes, and an avocado toast with side salad. The food was excellent and very well seasoned. We also got two of their seasonal drinks with oat milk. I would love to go again! The café is in a garden store which feels a little weird, but it is delightful. We walked around the property afterwards looking at their nice gift shop and beautiful plants.

This is one of those places that I love to tell people about but also hope they don't go so it isn't too busy when I show up. If you're on Whidbey swing by for great brunch and then browse the garden store and nursery. Dog friendly, plenty of outdoor seating. It's just a great spot all around.

Food is pricy but delicious! Drinks were okay…matcha was just sweetened warm milk without any real matcha. Service is good but expect to wait. Love the atmosphere which is why I continue to go back!
