Eating here, especially when it’s not crowded, is always a lovely experience. We were a little disappointed today, as we arrived at 3pm (they close at 4pm) and the kitchen was already closed, so only bakery items were available. I understand that the staff are eager to be done with their day, but when I worked for a retail outfit that was known for its exemplary customer service, we were taught not to begin cleanup until all the customers had left the store and the doors...
