I thought I just didn't like lattes anymore- that I'd grown out of them somehow. Nope! It turns out I'd just had a series of disappointing ones (in the Seattle area, not Whidbey Island). My BF and I went into Sprinklz as they were near closing. The girl working was so sweet and friendly. She'd just finished cleaning the coffee machines but insisted on putting them back together for us. Upon tasting his latte, my BF stopped suddenly mumbled something incoherent (He may have started speaking in tongues, im unsure.) Ive been with him loads when he ordered lattes and he's never had such a reaction, so I asked to taste it as well. When I took a sip of this latte that she had made with what would seem to be the hands of a magical goddess, it was other worldly. Angels sung, I found my higher power, I may have teared up a little.... I'm still fanning myself as I type this. A million thanks to that magical barista! Well done!

The Maui Wowee ice cream was delicious. Very bright and citrusy. The lady at the counter said hi, but wasn't that chatty. There wasn't really any specific vibe or ambiance, just a lot of candy. I came in on Jan 7 so it is a little bit understandable, but the ice cream looked old, half filled, and a little gross. Someone who was with me at the time refused to get ice cream for themself due to the unappealing appearance. It did taste good, but overall not amazing. Would recommend if you're in the area.

Extremely overpriced and not great. Seek out another place for a treat

I loved the ice cream and the cone was delicious. The ice cream was overpriced but staff was nice and the view was gorgeous!

We love stopping here every summer! The shop has lots of cute candies and treats and the ice cream is delish! There are definitely cheaper places to get a treat, but we enjoy getting a cone and walking along the water so to us it’s worth it!

Fun little ice cream shop. I will say it was a bit overpriced. The Whidbey island ice cream was pretty icey in texture but had good flavor. Disappointing amount of sprinkle options. And they charge you for a wet wipe...

We stopped in for a special treat while vacationing in the area. Ordered an Espresso Explosion and a Crunch Berry milkshake. We had to ask for our table to be wiped down and the staff member who came to do so blunty said she wasn't comfortable doing it over one of our dogs (a non reactive, well behaved teddy bear who was lying down) and just stared at us until we moved the dog. That didn't feel so dog friendly. It's also a small patio area so not much room to move the dogs. In reading other reviews, I have now learned that they offer pup cups. We were not informed or offered one for our dogs (assuming they're free) despite it being a hot summer afternoon. Found the menu was all over the place and prices were difficult to find. When we got to the till, the 2 milkshakes were over $20.00 US. The Espresso shake was ok. The other, which was supposed to be Captain Crunch and blackberry, had no berry flavor or colour and at the bottom of the cup there were a bunch of large flat crunchy pieces, that were not Captain Crunch cereal - not sure what they were...seemed like broken ice cream cone. We didn't want to go back in to have the one shake remade as there wasn't a very warm response in regards to the table request or the dog, and the service while ordering was about what you'd expect from a drive through restaurant. Cute location and nice view from the patio, but a subpar experience for us, which is unfortunate. We really should've said something while we were there and gotten our money back. One went in the garbage which was painful as they cost us almost $30.00 Canadian dollars!

$8 for a cone and the audacity to ask for 20% tip minimum. Grab a better cone from the grocery store across the street.

Was not even able to get a sample due to sanitary purposes... what kind of lie is this? Single use sample spoons don't allow for unsanitary practices. The lady scooping nice cream was not even wearing a glove. I was so disappointed because the flavors looked super unique and I was excited to try a couple. I was however unwilling to pay for a full scoop of ice cream for me to end up disliking it if there was a better option. How are other ice cream places able to offer samples? Ended up walking out and won't be back.

It's been a long time since I've written a review, but my family and had a horrible experience there. We went in and got 4 single scoop ice cream cones which ended up being $32. Yes that's right that's 8 a cone wowza talk about sticker shock. I could have dealt with kind of price if it weren't for the fact that the girl working there was rude. She had an attitude with my stepdad who's in his 80's while he was trying to decide cake or waffle cone. The cones didn't come with napkins and when I asked for extra she gave 1 single measly thin napkin. I ended up having to ask 4 times for napkins. Then at the end of the transaction she asked if we needed wet wipes for 5 cents each. Lol no complimentary napkins at an ice cream shop where drips are bound to happen, but 5 cents per wipe? The audacity! You'd think that the ice cream was amazing, but also nope not many choices and super bland. So at this point we're all a little upset we're walking down the street and another family hears us complaining. The other family chimed in saying the same thing over priced, bland and absolutely no customer service. AVOID! There's a couple other places a block away that are so much better!

What a let down… I first want to say the employee was very nice and acknowledged us as soon as she had the chance.. she was working by herself and then after about 15 minutes 2 other employees appeared from somewhere so I’m not sure if it was shift change or where they were when she was waiting on the long line of customers solo… it was a Tuesday and many shops and restaurants were closed so we ordered a cold chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a hot turkey Gouda on cranberry bagel… BLECH! Neither of these sandwiches barely even had any flavor but still cost $20. The sandwiches were premade (which I didn’t know when I ordered) but I’m not sure why that would render them tasteless. Lesson learned.. we should have just gotten ice cream for lunch!! My advice would be skip the food completely and just get some ice cream.
