I genuinely love Sprinklz so much. Not only does it have the perfect small-town vibe, but the ice cream is great. I've never had any problems with the workers, they've always been super kind and eager to help. It can run on the more expensive side, but literally everything else in Langley does too. The customer service makes up for the cost anyway.
An average experience. Other reviews are accurate in that the ice cream is average (Ben & Jerry’s is better, imo), and there aren’t a ton of flavors. No samples, although a basic cone is $6 and with any add-ons at all you’re closer to $8-9. Have to ask for napkins and when we asked we only got one (despite having 6 people, including 2 kids). They gave us more napkins after we asked again, but it was weird. The patio is nice and the view is great....
I got the salted Caramel milkshake and it tasted like cheap caramel sauce was used. They also had no samples and a bunch of fees for everything including whip cream and wipes for your hands.
