Stopped by for some gelato the flavor was good but the portion was really small. For the price, it's not worth the amount they serve.

Limited selection, small portions, high prices. I stopped in a few days ago, not really good quality... But that wasn't the worst part, Sweet Mona's, wasn't so sweet to my elderly mother, who suffered a stroke a about a year ago... My mother had made a purchase of Gelato and had put her spoon in her coat pocket while she was paying for it, so she was trying to get her spoon out when Mona approach her and started interrogating her if she had taken something... I was across the room eating my mediocre Crème Brûlée cheesecake (don't recommend it at all, lacked a good flavor and texture), had I known she was treating my mother with such abuse... outrageous!

A stop at this chocolate stop is always a highlight of our visit to Whidbey Island. We love their truffle shot - its the richest chocolate I've ever had and the staff are always friendly. This visit we enjoyed the Halloween decorations and themed chocolates.

Absolutely loved this spot! I needed a sweet treat after lunch and Sweet Mona's had more than I could have ever hoped or asked for. There are tons of homemade goods from different local companies, but most are made in house. I love shopping local and was very happy to support them. I ended up getting a milk chocolate slug (so cute!), a snack sized fudge, and some assorted truffles. They also had baked goods, including some gluten free options. The owner was very kind and helpful and I appreciated her answering our questions and helping us make some hard decisions on what to get! We ended up taking our treats to go since it got kind of busy towards the end of our visit. I will be back soon!

A beloved Langley establishment. Rich, smooth, refined dark or regular chocolates, created daily in the kitchen off the side of the main shop. Many choices, but the sea-salt caramels and the turtles (caramel-pecan clusters) will make you swoon. Shipping available.

We walked around town and stopped to get gelato. My friend also go chocolate to take home. I got coconut gelato. It was good. It tasted like coconut and it has coconut flake. It is creamy.

I recently visited Sweet Mona's in Langley, Washington, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff at the shop were friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. I was also pleased to find that the shop was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall appeal.During my visit, I had the opportunity to try both their truffles and gelato, and I must say they were indulgently rich and delicious. The truffles had a perfect balance of flavors and a smooth texture that melted in my mouth. The gelato was creamy and satisfying, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The quality and taste of both treats were truly enjoyable. However, one aspect that left me disappointed was the pricing. I found the prices at Sweet Mona's to be outrageously high. While the quality of the products was undeniably good, the steep prices made it difficult to fully indulge without feeling a pinch in my wallet. It would have been more enjoyable if the prices were more reasonable and aligned with the market standards. In summary, Sweet Mona's provided a pleasant experience with friendly staff, a clean environment, and delicious truffles and gelato. The only drawback was the excessively high prices, which may deter some customers looking for more affordable options. If you're willing to overlook the steep pricing, Sweet Mona's is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth with their delectable treats.

If you love chocolate, you have to go to Sweet Mona's Chocolates! Once you enter, just take a moment to take in the chocolate aroma: a guilt-free indulgence.I mentioned to the lovely lady behind the counter how I miss hot chocolate in Europe. She recommended the "Truffle" shot. It was exquisite and brought back memories of my life in Europe. After my walk about in Langley, I went back for another shot. Well worth it!They also have cookies, coffee, and gelato!

Large variety of chocolates. Gelato was amazing. Preferred this store in comparison to the ice cream store in town. Service was great. Attendant explained all the chocolates kindly.

This small chocolatier is amazing! Seriously how could anyone be made at a chocolate maker. Love the quality and taste of their chocolates. This place just makes me happy. When I am happy I smile more and feel better about the world. Thanks Sweet Mona's, you are a great business.
